The new support form is not loading on my computer so I am asking this here.
I am using Yahoo as the default data provider. I am following one stock on the LSE: ETI.L. The problem is that the last update of EOD data was on 24th August 2007.
I don't think it is the charting software that is at fault here but Yahoo is not providing the service it promises!
Can you do anything?

Nihonjin,
We can obtain LSE data updates from our US data supplier. Unfortunately they are geared towards US subscribers and the update is only available at 16h00 ET (21h00 in the UK; 6h00 AET).

Hi Colin,
I live in Japan and so it is early evening here when the day starts in London. I don't mind where my EOD data comes from, just so long as it arrives before the beginning of trading so that I can evaluate my positions and assess any possible trades.
It is a pity that a brilliant program like Incredible Charts is spoilt by a poor service from Yahoo.

I am happy to say I am getting EOD data now. Might I suggest though you use the Last Trades feature of Yahoo rather than the EOD data.

IMHO Why would anybody increase their exposure to more "Poor Data"

Well Captain, the problem is that Incredible Charts is a damn good product made less good by it's reliance upon untimely data. That is not Incredible Chart's fault or Colin's but EOD data which is actually 3 days old EOD sort of spoils the usefulness of Incredible Charts.
I just wanted to point out that Yahoo in it's wisdom does offer EOD data just minutes after the last trade. If Incredible Charts could access this it would make it a better product to work with.
