Hi there whoever ,i have just read this book and i highly recommend it to anyone new or even mediocre in their trading the first 39 pages talk about probability of stock market ,skewing the numbers to win and risk management ,and is done in a way that i found easy to understand and has a few excell formulas to try to help understand what hes getting at.
Also later on in the book he goes into elliot waves which i have been very skeptical of ,but again he puts it into relativly simple language and easy to apply rules that works for him .

One thing he says which stuck out was ,,,if so many different traders are using so many different tools and succeeding ,it cant be the tools ,then what is the common theme the winning traders all have?Something along those lines anyway.

The book has things which maybe some people wont agree with but i find if can get something out of it to help or try and get the mind thinking of different possibilities then is a good thing.

Nathan

Interesting comments Nat.

I find it useful to see authors speak as well as reading their books (to really understand the concepts discussed). I have seen Nick speak before but have yet to buy his book/s.

FWIW Nick Radge is speaking at the next ATAA meeting in Sydney Monday, 20th November 2006 on: ‘Practical Elliott Wave’ & 'Advanced Volume Analysis’

Mark,

Do you have the avenue and time for the meeting?
