Author Message  shonegold Member Username: shonegold Post Number: 8 Registered: 10-2008 Rating: N/A Votes: 0 Monday, December 01, 2008 - 02:08 am:     Watching the $USD as it recovers from its fall below $80 and wonder if it has the power to steam on ahead. It seems to have responded well to the combination of the 50 and 300 day sma...it appeared to be trying to get back and re test the 50day sma but has not been able to get back there....it appears there may be a broadening formation forming which may lead to a breakout on the upside. Not too confident about this call as everyone seems to hold a contrary opinion to mine suggesting gold would be powering ahead and the $USD falling back. If the $USD does move higher then I would expect gold to move in the opposite direction.
