I was reading an online article from Fairfax about the risks & benefits of CFD's. A particular part was discussing how they are currently not a part of the actual ASX exchange (accept of course for trades generated via DMA or hedging purposes). It then stated that it was being considered to list CFD's via the Futures Exchange. Does anyone know any more on this? Am curious to know how this would work and why it would be different to the current CFD process. Cheers.

Thanks Omad. All very interesting. It will be interesting to see how it compares to OTC CFD providers, especially DMA providers. PS: Welcome to the Forum. Cheers.
