Hence I can't precalculate a risk/reward ratio because I don't forecast the figures required to do such calculation. I look for situation where the stock seems to be trapped and preferably in a horizontal state. The buy stops get activated when it leaves the trap. The stop loss varies depending on the situation. The value gets generated by riding the winners because they will have to make up for the stop losses on the losers. I have my doubts if MSSR will make it. I am considering pulling the plug as I have 5 more plays in consideration and only cash to support 3. --- ohk Lies, Damn Lies and Technical Analysis
