My first USA Trade! Compliments of IC’s Shakeout scan.
I have to be in it. It’s got that very Elderian entry look (my forum friend,Archer, if he should read this-take note). Ref voila USA.
Keeping it purely Elderian with a stop loss at month’s low and a super imposed Bollinger to keep it’s track – hopefully this turns out to be one lucky Elder.
Talking USA, my big THANK YOU TO IC!. Would not have considered it without the TA platform available in IC- at no extra cost!!!
No access to any fundamental data, trading USA will be a purely IC TA affair.
Shakeout scan today and compressed spring tomorrow –where else can you find a better meaning of value?

Obviously you are long with a stop at $12.60.
Do i have to study Elder to find out?

If Vol spikes is the sole criteria of IC's Shakeout scan
then yes there's no need to read Elders.
Your first chart says it all.
But there's volatility to consider as well as the distance of a fast below that of a slow mav.
Should sound familiar to Colin.
Long with half a parcel and a Stop loss at about 12.60.

It's sweet to be FA.
Bad news on the profit front and it raises an Elderian stop loss into a trailing stop.Ref voila USA.
Will this really behave like a good Elder? That's really up to the stars now.
Amazing this world- USA.
I'm excited(in panick really) with the quality of stocks that appear on the scan vs that in OZ(there's quite a few more of this where it comes from).
Whereas all this time I've tried to adopt Elderian theory to accomodate even the low price Ozie stocks there seems to be an abundance in the US of A where it becomes a matter of correctly(or incorrectly) seeing Elders in a chart thru all it's contradictions.
There's one big drawback though in this world. A big big one!
Since trading USA, I found myself awake 24hrs a day!
So glad that it's ANZAC. With a few more beers, I think I should catch up with sleep( qu'est-ce que c'est?).
