here is an American educator called Pristine. Theirs courses appear pretty good and the two principals, Capra and Velez are well known in international trading circles. They have free newsletters that can be subscribed to one of which is a "Trade of the week" sent out in time to trade the pick. The email comes with charts, analysis and suggested trade plan. This week's example was KRC and the analysis was very impressive so i thought I'd try it. Using a contingency buy one cent above the consolidation zone following the long bullish candle of October 13 I got in yesterday morning. Looking good so far, with a strong uptrend and with increasing trend strength. I will only be in this trade till the next lower ADX histogram The source of the email is www. Pristine.com and I suggest a visit to the site.
The very interesting thing about this chart is that in parts it resembles OXR, with similar consolidation areas at or near the top of dominant candles. Definitely a lesson learned here.

Hello Hershy Interesting chart ... when you refer to the "next lower histogram" do you mean that you wait until a vertical bar is lower than the one before it and then sell? Is this superior to a trailing stop? With Best Wishes Hilarius
I come in peace to share my thoughts and to shine my candle light on possible long term opportunities

Hello Brother H, Our friend Palace has told me that he uses an ADX chart with histograms. I had a look at that and fell instantly in love. The chart above has this feature. I have written to Colin asking if this could be incorporated into the IC Charts and await his response. A lower histogram on the ADX chart simply shows the trend losing some degree of consistency while the overhead line shows the strength of the trend. As I am a scaredy cat, I run when I get scared and a lower high is the starting gun for the race to safety. However, should the strength of the trend suddenly increase I may become more lower high histogram tollerant and stick around for a bit longer. On the chart above, don't you just love the way that 20 day MA seems to be scooping up the price action ? (Message edited by hershy on October 27, 2006)

Well, that was not a scoop, it was a sieve. Anyway, I got out Saturday morning. Was up early and when I saw the top shadow I got frightened and closed the trade. Grand profit of US $125. Kilroy was here ?
