There is no point chasing the price once its done so I waited until it settled down. I buy stop limited at $52.00. Actually I didn't I buy stop limit at $51.96. The stock opened at $51.92 but shot right up to the daily high. It came back to $51.99. I gave up waiting and raised my bid to $52.00. A short while later it came back to $51.94. The difference is miniscule but the point is to never divert from the strategy. I paid 4 cents extra because I was impatient and didn't have enough trust in my strategy.
