It appears that you are not activated with the premium version. If you have changed or repaired your computer, you need to notify members support of your new UserID (from the top of the login page) -- so that they can activate you on the server.

That's what I was talking about, I thought free data was available at 7am for the previous day's trading!

I get it usually 9am.18hrs from 4pm previous is 10am and I'm grateful to get it before the open.
So davkell,if you've got 7am usual maybe it's YOU being taught a lesson!!

We are working on the problem. It appears that only the 18-hour delayed update is affected -- not intentionally Dug.

Have you tried the Securities >> Refresh from Server option ( F2 is the shortcut key ) ?

Are you attempting to load a particular security which is not up to date, or is the problem across the board ?

each security needs a f2 hit to update.I tried the security refresh button,same effect.I'm assuming the download tomorrow will bring things back to normal.

Hi Dug,

I left cache headers in place to force uploads from the server and overcome the need for "forced refreshes", but this does not appear to have worked as intended.

I've now corrected the cache headers to what they should be. I expect the problem to correct itself now.
