Good Evening I am getting the above error message when loading IC It also suggests re-booting which I've tried several times with no improvement Any thoughts please? Hilarius

Evening Hilarius, Have you already been updated to the new version ( 4.0.3.880 ) ... or could this be occurring during the live update procedure ? To establish your version of IncredibleCharts, navigate to your IncredibleCharts folder with Windows Explorer, find the IncredibleCharts.exe application, right click on it and choose Properties >> Version where you should find the file version provided at the top of the page. Roger, There seems to be a problem with your firewall. The quickest way to rectify this is: (1) Uninstall; (2) Download the latest version and Reinstall; (3) Be sure to respond correctly to the firewall prompt
Select Always allow connection to the Internet (or the equivalent) before clicking OK. Regards, Colin
