Hi, Another of my expanding list of (unanswered) posts to the support forum . I have had several occasions where I have tried to load a different stock and IC has gone into gaga land and I've had to kill it. When I clicked on the X icon to kill it the status bar said "Closing application..." but it never seemed to quite get there. I was wondering if it could have been an issue with my Internet connection but mail and web browsing was fine. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks, Martin. PS It was only using 1% or less CPU and 5-6MB of RAM. SYstem performance was OK with 200MB free RAM.

Hi Martin, Although your computer may have sufficient memory, its possible that the application is using too many Windows resources - which is when things start playing up. Please read the following page to see if you can reduce the application's usage of windows resources: http://www.incrediblecharts.com/help_troubleshooting/ic_closes.htm. If you don't get any joy from reducing resource usage, please forward any files found in the debug subfolder of your IncredibleCharts folder to us - we may find some pointers in those files. If you'd prefer faster responses to your support postings, please use our new support system at http://www.incrediblecharts.com/support/contactlist.htm. Thanks, Robin
