Hi Elisabeth, Have you got a slow internet connection ? What browser are you using ? The images on this thread are quite large ( > 50kb ), but if your browser is caching correctly the images ( other than the very latest images ) should load instantaneously. Do you have a similar problem on any other discussion thread ? Thanks, Robin

Hi Robin, yes, I have the problem with many threads, eg the weekly comps - it's a case of hit the button and go make a cup of tea and read a novel for a while while it loads. But there's no remedy as I'm using an old IE because I don't want to move to OS10 on my MAC, so I just have to accept the slowness. Would it be possible to archive some of the Hindenburg thread though - it's a double whammy each weekend, one to access the thread, and then again while the current chart loads. Regards, Elisabeth

Elisabeth, Please check the allowed size of your Internet Explorer cache at Tools >> Internet Options >> Settings. You may find that setting the Amount of Disk Space to use to a larger value solves your problem ( I've got mine set at 1224mb ).

Robin, it makes no difference. I think my problem is my IE is an old version - but I don't want to move to OS10 so I'm stuck with it for now. Thanks for trying! Regards, Elisabeth

elizabeth, have you tried firefox? I find it to be a hell of a lot faster than IE, on my Mac and on a PC. spider.

Spider, I don't have Firefox - will speak to my IT dept (my hubby) to see if I can try that BUT your post reminded me that I have Mozilla - I'm on it now and just tried it on the stock pick thread - MUCH faster. Thank you for the reminder
