Would it be technically feasible to implement this? I want to filter out the charts that are not near their all time highs.

This is a useful suggestion I feel. However, the screen facility should be more general to accomodate 52 week highs, 2 year, 3 year, etc. as well as all time highs. A similar screen should be available for the converse, i.e., lows, using the above categories.
