Colin What happens in cases like the OXR/ZFX merger? When the new company starts trading, does it do so like a brand new listing (ie no history in IC) or do you for example append it to OXR's existing history? I can see arguments for both cases. The new company IS new, but I feel uncomfortable as a technical analyst without historical data. The same point will probably arise with BHP/RIO soon. regards Sway

Answer from Premium Data: There is no adjustment required for OXR/ZFX. ZFX shareholders get a certain quantity of OXR shares, OXR continues, ZFX is delisted. Regards, Colin
