Hello Colin, I'm fairly new to trading with a steep learning curve and brand new to Incredible Charts but I think it's a fantastic piece of software meeting most, if not all, charting needs. It's been very useful in the previously mentioned steep curve. I live in the UK and trade on the LSE, only as a personal trader but I think this is relevent to private and professional traders. I was led to this forum through the "Suggestion Box" link in the Help menu. I've wasted valuable hours reading someone else's bickering but add this as my suggestion, for the application and data itself, in the "Suggestion Box"; LSE should be updated at 19:00 UTC, Rather than 18:30 EST. At the moment updates for LSE occur at roughly 00:30 BST (approx 18:30 EST), this is a little difficult to make much use of unless you get up early the next day or keep separate charts, some of us have other jobs to deal with. In GMT this is still 23:30, an update at 19:00 UTC would be 19:00 GMT, or 20:00 BST, (2/3 hours after LSE auctions close, market closes 16:30 GMT/BST). I think this is fair enough, it's an awesome package as it stands. An update to our exchange a little earlier than midnight the same day would make it even better. Is this possible, getting fresh data when our exchange closes over here in the UK? Much as I like early starts, charting isn't the first thing on my mind. I ask other british\european traders to add requests if this is a popular one (if there are any on here). Thanks.

Thank you for the feedback. We are presently looking for a data supplier who can supply adjusted end-of-day updates by 7:00 p.m. LSE time. Regards, Colin

Thank you for the reply Colin. I look forward to using the data in the future and will wait with anticipation. Regards, QB. PS. Apologies to any posters offended by my previous comments, it was a bit tedious reading all that in the "Suggestion Box".
