Hey there inhabitants and readers of the back page, the lower caste of the IC community. I have a little observation I wish to share with you lot. Have a look at the attached photo and see if you observe anything out of the ordinary. In a few days I will post what I have noticed - in the remote chance that it has not been picked up by someone else. Cheers to all. Hershy

Geez jr, you are such an innocent. This is Hershy we are talking about here. Just because you are one of those quiet, intelligent professional types, I thought you would have seen it. No I guess you just don't have a dirty mind do you rose petal. Look at the blue refresh symbol up the top, it looks like it is doing a 69, I thought that was one of Hershy's little 'foibles'!!! Still I could be wrong, he probably has something entirely different to share with us. I hope he thinks it through before he speaks though. We wouldn't like to see him upset you again would we JR? Toodle oooo! Ann

slow day,hey h.why do you think the postings have dived since say 3 monthsago?[exempting ol'st acourse] you're not giggling over the 5 odd in left hand box vs 47%drop r u? i dont know if that 5 is $$'s or percent,i don't know if 47%is over time or today.[time effect]i just ain't inta the yank market. 5.04 divided by 34.85[29.81+5.04] is not a 47%drop. but who cares,i'm not ex-AAMI,tell us you bought/sold it.tell me you apologised to happy69.[if any Top Boarders here, check bill clinton thread below, towards end of it] real witty is heresy. OK, I'll have a go. From that screenshot I would guess the following.... 1- Telstra is your ISP 2- You root ('scuse the language) for Collingwood. 3- you don't have Adaware, WinPatrol or similar Pass the cookies.....

Bloomberg, like many other popular sites uses an advertising protocol that is region specific. This means that if you are browsing the site from Australia, some of the advertisements you see will be localized content. If you were browsing from anywhere the US, you might get an ad for AT&T or something American. The growing sophistication of internet advertising means it is now possible for a site to detect where you are surfing from and display ads that are relevant to your locality. Fascinating stuff. Cheers Encephalon

Your web browser can reveal a lot of personal information about you and your computer. For example : sites you have recently visited, your approximate location, and the ISP that you use. You can check how much information you are revealing at http://www.pcflank.com/about.htm amongst others. Happy, safe and private surfing. chance

jr you sweet man, what ARE you talking about? Have you just skidded and slipped over in the berry coulis? Anchovies aren't sweet, they are kind of a nasty fishy, furry taste, quite disgusting really! Please try not to upset Hershy, he is one of the few posters game enough to come to this area without body guards!! I don't quite know what upset you, perhaps it was one of those days when the medication didn't take quite as fast as it should have? No, that guy holding the rose in MUL isn't Hershy. Hershy doesn't die his hair black and slick it back with Brylcream. and a rum tiddly tum tee tum, Ann
