Hi again dogalog, and hi to everyone else in the back page.I,m rejoining the forum after a long absence, way back when Colin used to depend on Greenpeace to pay the bills.Things have really changed since then and I don't recognise many of the names. Thanks dogalog for answering my posts and making me welcome . BQT looks secure to me ,now it's broken above that 27c resistance today. But don't put all your "smart cards" on it. Another one in the same business SENETAS I like. They report soon and have promised a dividend for the first time. Thanks again dogalog for inviting me in ,and I promise to try and keep it lighthearted. Bye for now Val J

Hi Val, Welcome to Backpage. Between the two, I think BQT is looking more promising... it may "go places". Watching with interest. Cheers. ps: SEN needs to overcome a fair bit of resistance due to its November plunge. JMV.

Hi again vbj, Those Sept/October Janets'n'Joes buyers must be getting a little toey on their 'draw down'by now. Are you really,Ms.Jones, gunner do a pyramid here? I'd see trouble at 30 and a definite kicking by 35cents.I think that once it's back in the Thirties,a bit of biting the bullet could go on.Those septemberists going the break even,I'd see that as a worry. I haven't read up on BQT for a while but your point was that a competitor SENETAS was going to do the First Time Dividend?Soon?Must have a look at that. Are BQT doing something for the peking Olympics?or just still mucking about in the Middle East? How's India? What's the chances of an issue to those new fangled "Professional Investors"? Bqt has 142 mil shares on Issue and T/Over shares last year 264 mil.Active hey? d'jr ps-vbj would be very interested in your reminicences of earlier I.C. days.

Hi dogalog,Senatas ASX.report 29th Sept.'04 notes 70% lift in earnings and dividend in first half. I think I read somewhere about a share buy-back also.Must go,be back to-morrow.Whats that about a pyramid "please explain". Val J

vbj-have memory of pyramid plan[buy more as price rises-d'Guppy]was mentioned by you in General? My memory was of 28.5 cents being your next pyramid figure after the initial 26.5 buy. I haven't posted this after checking my facts first.I'm just running on memory. Never feel constrained from asking'Please Explain'of me,vbj. Trust me i write clearer than i speak and yet i still get problems.I'm over it so you can always seek clarification. regards, jr ps-that goes for the rest a ya as well. edit- on checking it was in the short term main board but no specific figure mentioned. My apologies but hey at least i didn't mix up the dividend comment,ok? See that Blue candle back in March 04 that formed the high? That all happened in a day.The friday candle was a mirror of that WEEKS. See how the volume was way,way up as BQT crashed down down after the Surge? I suggest that BQT is not a share to buy into after an opening 'rush',I suggest it is not a share to go- Wowie it's up on the open and now it's come back i think i'll get in at a 'sensible' price,it'll be bound for d'rebound right after I buy. Last time i checked the placements to sophisticated investors go at 25 cents in large holdings.Getting by on 20%>[under]in some circles may be considered quite sophisticated enough, but what do i know. regards, jr (Message edited by dogalog on January 24, 2005)
