As below: Funny little suckers to eat. You grab the little head with your teeth and pull the body out. Then you chew (or don't) and swallow. Definitely swallow ! They actually taste a lot better than they look as for two weeks prior to "processing" they only get to eat dill weed. That cleans them out and then dills like me eat them.
