What a blast !!
Kidney stones = great pain. Imagine pain of the brain freeze intensity that last all day. Drove myself to my Doctor who suggested casualty department of nearest hospital.
Got admitted in 3 minutes flat, given laughing gas while the nurse put a drip in my arm and the came the morphine.
Head spin like never before. Then Indocid suppository. Must have been the effect of the gas that made me suggest to the nurse nurse that since she was in the neighbourhood anyway, when inserting the suppository she may wish to carry out a prostate examination as well.
The funny (particular) thing about the combination was that it did not diminish the pain but it just seemed funny (amusing). Urine test all clear, blood test ditto, cat scan all clear so I was sent home with Panadeine Forte for company. Funny (disturbing).
Worse pain I have ever endured and it is with me still.
And women think childbirth is painful !!!
I don't have a plan so nothing can go wrong !!!

Just remember,Hershy,NEVER drink alcohol with Panadine,[Paracetemol]Don't use it the morning after either[you still have alcohol in your system]
Paracetemol reacts,hits the Liver bad,when it is used with grog.You'll find confirmation in the notes that come with Paracetemol.If you Google it,you'll also find this Warning.
Asprin is the ONLY safe thing to take for HangOvers.Asprin was discovered by the same firm that distilled Heroin.Due to the Germans losing WW1,the patents voided on Asprin and the drug companies switched out Paracetemol to 'patent' their Bucks.All in all Para is an inferior Drug to Asprin.It has more placebo effect than plain old Asprin but it's just the late 20thCentury BEX or Vincents.
Just so ya didn't go washing it down with a dose of red.

tis commonly believed that kidney stones ARE more painful than childbirth. At least with a kidney stone you wont need to spend the next year or so sleep deprived etc etc...
not to worry though hersh, just remember, this too will pass.

it is my summation that Red was not, in a sense, stealing your nickname. Q. E. D. is an abbreviation of the Latin phrase "quod erat demonstrandum" (literally, "that which was to be demonstrated"). This is a translation of the Greek oper edei deixai which was used by many early mathematicians including Euclid and Archimedes. Although Q.E.D. is traditionally written at the end of mathematical proofs to show that the result required for the proof to be complete has been obtained it is also now used in a literary sense.

how can you be confused about a post of mine being yours?
this forum allows people to call others "emotionally challenged" and get away without a warning
but a use of common latin phrasing that is well understood and used in reasonable context gets a spelling lesson
it's rather childish
as there are bigger fish to fry i will bait elsewhere
