SAI reported today and has impressed me.My only one in IT and with new acquisition yet to be absorbed into its system, will add on additional revenue and value to the company. In the weekly chart, it looks like it is ready to take off again. I like its position as shown in the GAMMA and the long term weekly chart. VWAP is showing $3.99 with volume building on it in the last few days and an increase in SP, maybe ready for a break out.I couldn't get any cheaper than $4 so I have to pay $4 for it.Hope it works out.

SAI is listed as commercial services supplies and not IT, although some of the services and work provided include compliance issues etc. It looks today is a day of distribution from one holder and accumulation by another. Over 3.5 million has been transacted on small amount yet it has not shown up in the market depth at all.The reason for buying is they beat their own forecast and that of many analysts and they have continue to make acquisition to boost scale and thus economy.Management is confident enough to forecast a return of over 30% as compare to the average return of 18%.
