1)This stock will be under pressure... just wait for it to re-open. http://au.biz.yahoo.com//070320/19/15k0w.html Tuesday March 20, 2:35 PM UPDATE 1-Australia's Sonic Healthcare wins NZ court challenge (Adds court decision, company reaction) SYDNEY, March 20 (Reuters) - A New Zealand court has upheld a complaint by Australia's Sonic Healthcare Ltd. (ASX: SHL.ax) , ruling that the award of a NZ$560 million ($392 million) pathology services contract to a rival company was invalid. Shares in Sonic, Australia's top pathology group, rose 3 percent after the decision, while those of rival Australian pathology group Healthscope Ltd. (ASX: HSP.ax) , which led the rival consortium, fell nearly 4 percent. Auckland health authorities decided last year not to extend a contract held by a Sonic subsidiary, Diagnostic Medlab Ltd., which expires on June 30, and awarded a contract to Labtests, the Healthscope-led consortium. Sonic requested a judicial review of the decision process, raising questions about the costings of the rival bid and potential conflicts of interest. Sonic said the High Court of New Zealand on Tuesday ruled the Labtests contract was "invalid and of no effect", and it expected to talk with Auckland health authorities about future laboratory service provision. Healthscope has previously said the contract would be worth in excess of NZ$560 million over its eight-year term, which was due to commence on July 1. Healthscope said on Tuesday the decision did not relate to the quality of the service to be provided, and the decision would have no earnings impact in the current financial year. It would co-operate with health authorities to determine the eventual award of the contract. ($1=NZ$1.43)

... hmmm, just realised it's already opened. Surprising not much of a negative reaction. Relatively muted gotta say. Let's see the general retailers' reaction tomorrow... I reckon this one will get more haircut. Just wait.

1) playing with money and proving one's view with cash... hmmm, how brave is that? Anyway, there's always a time to short. Just wait for the break. 2) there's a typo error - it's "neck line" not "nexk line".

1) added TMF to show the money flow, the current rebound needs to break higher back up above the neckline before it is considered "safe" for long term investment. 2) here're some soothing words from the MD... http://au.biz.yahoo.com/070724/30/p/1bs36.html 3) no position in this stock.
