Is that a cup+handle or rounded bottom... Not sure - but it is U shaped, took 2 years to form and TMF is strong. From Commsec: Comp AllOrd Sector P/E ratio 11.50 18.03 14.10 P/B ratio 1.77 2.74 2.01 P/E Growth ratio 0.40 1.68 1.20 P/S ratio 0.69 3.13 0.84 06 07 08 09 EPS 22.3 31.3 36.8 40.0 DPS 14.0 19.5 28.3 30.8 So my amateur FA tells me the company is cheap compared to its competitors and is forecast to earn around 10% a year over the next couple of years. They also pay a 4.6% dividend, with the final dividend expected in September. Unfortunately they proceeded to trade sideways for a long time and I got out. A yr or so later they zoomed up. The story of most of my trades lol. I hope you have better luck then I had, but you must remember, a rising tide floats all boats. The trick is to get in on the one's rising the fastest. Really there was no reason to sell as all indicators looked good, but live and learn eh? This time in at $3.56 2 days ago so I'm pretty happy with this trade so far. I think MCP is one of the fastest - check out price ratio which says MCP is outperforming the XJO by 94.45% over the last year. Wish all my shares did that. good luck with your trading MM
