Building Material OSA recently took over its competitor SSX (smorgen). With the Rudd's government stimulus package in place and the world economy coming out of recession and building approvals picked up this one is worth having a look at.OST has a capital raising recently, so its balance sheet is strengthen.

In the weekly's chart OST's SP is over the 15 weeks MA. In its daily chart the SP is threatening the resistance level and on the verge of breaking out.I have also bought into this one and also taken advantage of the rights issue which closed today.MACD is turning positive.

Government stimulant in infrastructure will only help companies in the building material, contractors and engineering companies.RSI of OST and its SP are giving positive vibes.

OST has gone up about 15%. On top of that I happened to help myself to some of the rights issue given at $1.80 per share.OST is currently consolidating.

OST is still ranging. It hasn't gone up much since my posting. My benefit is from the rights issue at $1.80 in which I applied and got a bit more than my entitlement of one for one. I am still waiting for the government stimulant to come into this sector to kick start the economy. When the good money comes in, demand will pick up in the building material, meanwhile OST is looking to some of the home loan approvals which has risen and probably transformed into orders for their products in the next 2 months.

I have decided to cash in this morning on OST,as I have a few bought as a rights issue of $1.80. The song is not over yet for this one as it hope on the BSL wagon yesterday and likely to retrace after a very strong short run.

OST is also worth a short term trade. I have it here, because I like to have it for the long term. OST has returned to a level that I sold out and thought I wouldn't have the opportunity in getting back on. I have always been comfortable with it, having initially bought at $1.80 and watch it went another 20% after I have sold it around this price. The Bollinger Bands are closing in on OST and after the recent retrace, this one may continue on, on its way.

Now that OST has retraced(the diminishing 3 as in candle speak, it should carry on its good work from here). Watch for a strong move tomorrow as confirmation for OST to continue its good work.

Hi Pete,
Wasn't much of a retrace, just 2.7% for the week and it is still above support ( H & S neckline) which is very good.

On the other hand, BSL retraced 9.39% but dipped below support.
And I believe the correction is not done with us yet yet.

The big money in stockmarket investment is not made in the thinking, it’s made in the sitting.
