The sooner the money comes in, the sooner the company will progress. BSL has a couple of companies in China and i think they have benefited from the Chinese government stimulant. I also subscribed to the rights issue of $1.55 one for one, but I did applied a bit more and got what I asked for.I feel BSL will only break out of the range when the orders start coming in for their product. Meanwhile, it is a waiting game.
