Good Morning Forum Here are the top 10 stocks in terms of percentage gain, from those originally submitted :- Code Bought By Cost 30-Jul Value IBA Koan 0.305 0.650 21,311 MUR Koan 0.021 0.032 15,238 RPC Shubh Labh 0.275 0.390 14,182 OEX Marsupial 0.180 0.250 13,889 RMS Bandicoot 0.072 0.099 13,750 RSN Marsupial 0.095 0.130 13,684 RDF Greywolf 2.420 3.030 12,521 RDF Nightstalker 2.420 3.030 12,521 RDF Shubh Labh 2.420 3.030 12,521 URL Bandicoot 0.120 0.150 12,500 SCE Encephalon 0.024 0.029 12,083 TGD Bandicoot 0.125 0.150 12,000 To say that I am shocked is an understatement! I suppose it is logical that the highest risk reward results are to be found at the bottom end of the market, when I think about it Even so I am dismayed by the absence of stocks from the ASX100 For me a change of focus is necessary with the Hall of Fame I won't have time to update the chart of performance rankings by contributor In 4 weeks time I am due to emigrate to Queensland Much effort will go into relocating I will, though, be looking at individual Hall of Fame Stocks, such as those in the above winner list, and hoping to post charts The selections were intended to be for a medium term (3 to 6 months) Do the owners of the above still think they are a "Hold"? Has any owner set targets for their winners, or are you holding until a sell trigger emerges (if you still believe it is right to hold)? With Best Wishes Hilarius
I come in peace to share my thoughts and to shine my candle light on possible long term opportunities

Hi Bro Hilarius - and welcome in advance to our Sunshine State My stocks are all hold until the chart tells me to sell - in other words - hold until they hit my StopLoss. Hope your move goes well - whereabouts in QLD are you heading? Might even be able to form a Qld Chapter of the IC forum - there seem to be quite a few of us in here.... ;)
Best wishes, NightStalker - still scrambling up the steep part of the learning curve

Hi Bro. Hil, How far into the Sunshine State are you coming ???? If you are coming to our fair City, welcoming Party will be arranged for you and those in Tow. 'Stalker, I have not forgotten and I will post a Notice soon to call together "the Brisbane Chapter of the Forum". I have discovered that Maligas (he is in Sunnybank), Merchant, Steve M and others are keen, if we can get a suitable (convenient) Venue. I think I will go with the Westminster System, with appropriate Places vetted by the Senate and then (because we are in Qld) use my right of Veto to select somewhere just around the Corner from Home !!! Hope your move is smooth Friar and we see you in good health in coming weeks !!! Hutcho

Hello Hutcho The friars are telling me that the Gold Coast Hinterland is a suitable place for hiding a cellar of reds in slightly cooler conditions? With relatives in Sunnybank and Robina we may need to build a monastery on flatter ground to tend to their spiritual needs Secret negotiations are afoot to bring the Mother Superior from the local Abbey where I routinely get my used habits washed. The rumour that we are secretly married should be discounted. But she does bear an uncanny resemblance to Lady Claudia in her buying preferences ... stocks beginning with "B" and "W" are all she will consider and she too is a obsessed with Wattyl I will see if she will wash my best habit for the party Hilarius

I thought parties were for airing one's dirty habits...?? Even if you settle on the Coast, Bro Hilarius, I s'pose it's only a short run up the freeway to Brissie for a chapter meeting. Victor_H is also in Brisbane - he of Metastock Guru fame. There seems to be quite a few of us - sheesh, we may even have the southerners outnumbered!

hilarius I like the collective name for more than one rederob, "a cellar" of reds! nightstalker et al, had no idea there were so many "marooned" in Queensland - I being a former sandgroper. I am curious to find out about hilarius' worshipping habits and looking forward to altaring his sins of the past. By the way hilarius, is your favourite Mother Superior the martini with a prune instead of an olive, or a glass of ginger ale with a prune in it? This maybe important to those of us wishing to take the sacraments.

I would think that the obvious name for Hilarius's new place should be "The Grange".....or "The Hinterland Monastery and Distillery" As I said in an email to him - its motto might be: "Celebrate, Cerebrate, and be Celibate" - as all good monks and friars do.. ;)
