Author Message  holycow Member Username: holycow Post Number: 635 Registered: 08-2004 Rating: N/A Votes: 0 Tuesday, January 04, 2005 - 01:27 pm:     TZL 2-day chart to give a cleaner pattern of Rev H&S 1) currently the stock is going through some "minor" retracement due to recent news; if it breaks down the neckline, expect more correction and you should consider some cutloss level below the "shoulder" or the "head" if you have entered much earlier; 2) if the stock moves higher, watch the resistance at 84c, it seems this is a "favourite" level where traders take their profit; however with the confirmed deal, they may change their mind this time; 3) a possible entry level is when the 84c resistance is taken out with decent volume, you may want to wait for further confirmation that it's holding above this level; 4) I own this share. Caveat emptor. In such circumstance, it makes the reverse H&S a much more potent proposition as it indicates the bulls are in control.
