I know this is being done by others, this just a link to provide "additional info" for those who are keen. Call me a copycat if you like.

Dug, Nice pick. Where do you reckon it will go to? ATG Nov 25
Cheers. ps: divy stocks, note the date, at that time I was looking at the banks and some trusts but... I reckon I have dropped the ball if you were to look at the banks now. pps: I reckon the banks "suck" currently. I am just waiting for SGB's dividend go ex'ed and then I like to see what kind of "monkey show" the TIH will reveal to us. Yesterday and today's index movement have been heavily "influenced" by the option "witching". This morning's opening "dump and scare" tactic can be read almost like a "play book"! Some #$^%$^%$ are busy at work in the market currently.

Big Line up at 78.Seems they[management] are predicting good earnings.Haven't read up on it as yet but from memory Austin don't have retail outlets[ie not Westfield Rents]so that's a positive. I like the Kiddie Wear angle,inflation/downturn proof [kinda] but I haven't as yet gone into percents etc. Anyway I'm just watching it for a pattern, break over 78,retrace sufficient for percent on board to go again at 78,just all round watching it.Pays an excellent dividend comiserate with it's risk. More going for it than Millers I reckon. Anyhow, see how it goes.I may be shifting house soon so may be distracted from catching it but...well Wait and Watch hey? cheers, jr

Dug, if I am shifting house soon I will "wash" my hand clean from the market... ATG is a "funny" chart at the moment, I reckon it will have plenty of resistance at 80c. If you have picked it while it was on its way up then it's fine to watch and cash out; but at 78c, I think you are taking some risk here. ATG Weekly
ps: on Miller, I reckon there's some kind of synergetic play by combining two former competitors - can't write them off just yet.

I reckon the segment of the market in for dividends don't go 'stale' as you've pointed out,HC.Yeah disappointed at the drop 95/80 to 65ish but I think they HOLD like TLSers, they just want the return. They think about any Capital Gain going to d'Grandkids or something 'soppy' like that. Remember they all got a Company AGM letter telling them about Happy Days are on the WAY,later, next year blah blah. These types always think things will get better so I don't think they're eagerly waiting for this to get to 80 so they can get rid of it. but as you say,got to get out for the Moment. cheers, jr
