PBL Daily
1) A short term view barring new development and good news
2) last two candles making a pincer top at 17.94, not good. It seems the sp will have problem breaking 18.00, but let's watch.
3) support at 17.33 seems to be holding, so short term range is between 17.33-17.94, breaking in either direction will need to be more "deterministic" ala with BIG volume.
4) Don't like the RSI look, the negative divergence in the last two months don't look convincing that this stock is capable of rising beyond 19.00.
5) pattern wise, look like a 2-month rounding top slowing morphing into a H&S, but hey, don't wanna sound too negative here, so let's just wait and see;
6) one more point, there seems to be a 3-month trend line break recently... so need to trade this one with care.

1) here's a follow up on PBL - it has been going down and now it is sitting on ST support. If you are holding this stock you want to watch if the support at 17.31 (or around there), it it breaks with volume, the selling may accelerate from here. That is, I am talking about "if" here.
2) if you look at the intraday chart, it's quite clear that at around 17.34, there are many bulls&bears encounters - this is because at this level previously there were quite a few people bought PBL thinking that it was cheap. And they are buying more today because their previous experience was the sp went up after they bought in. Naturally they are going for the second helping.
But IF if if the sp were to fall through this support, these people may be in for some disappointment and hence we can expect some actions here - these people will either get out or buy more. Either way, it's best to watch for a while if you are not holding PBL.

1) a bounce with volume today. Note the +ve divergence but I'd treat it as insignificant alone; but then with RSI jumping over the 50 line, I say... combining both, there may be a bit of Oomph! in this bounce... just watching only.
