ERG double bottom November 11th and 14th 12c. To go no lower than 12c (current price 12.5c) and to rise from present levels (resistance 15c)(which it touched on November 17th)(before then declining.)--accumulative--needs to get passed the 15c level--it will do it in time. Floor to the shareprice created on the 4th of November--reinstatement to official quotation--12.5c.

Starting to look like it has busted out of the 15c resistance level. On a day when the red ink was flowing to boot. Sway

Hi Sway---below is an old newsclipping saved from 2003--the 10th of February through to the 26th of February is the Winter Olympics Torino Italy-regards,--bonkers SMH ##May 16 2003## http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/05/15/1052885346472.html No urge for ERG ERG's recapitalisation is due to take place over the coming weeks, with $250 million worth of convertible notes being exchanged for 1.6 billion shares in the company. But the market is still showing distaste for ERG's market-listed securities, which are trading much lower levels than the predicted 15c, which represents the nominal share conversion rate of the notes. Shares are trading near all-time lows below 9c, with the notes similarly weak at marginally above $7. With each note converting to 90 ordinary shares in ERG, note holders are still favoured in the equation, effectively picking up shares at just under 8c each at recent prices while shares closed yesterday at 8.7c. These prices compare to an estimated net asset backing of 11c per share after the recapitalisation. Paterson Ord Minnett, the only broker still following the ticketing vendor - and which is advising ERG on the restructure - said the company could report a $17 million profit on revenues of $300 million to $350 million next year. If market sentiment has improved by then and ERG doesn't continue its track record of disappointment, the result could underpin a share ##price of 15c to 20c based on current market earnings ratios, the broker said.##

On Tuesday 12/11/2002 Ny Time ERG was trading at the critical level of 15.5c to 16c--this will be an important point in the sharetrend today for sure--just looking through some research notes. (not mine another trader--who was quite good on ERG during that period.)--something to get over--I use my own body as a trading count--today I'm a 9 in correlation with Nagasaki--and the Terminator--Gov of California. I use the seasons that the earth experiences as a trading tool---The Terminator was born in July--precisely July 30th---Nth American Chinese Valentines Day--I'm born in May Mental Health awareness month and trauma month Nth America. Half U.S. winter was 3 Chaplains day February 3rd--start of Spring Imbolc Ireland was February 1st. There are 4 cardinal directions in a compass--the Western World regards North as the primary direction.

Hi Sway, Today is the end of 3gsm World Congress 2006 13th to 16th Spain. Motorola are in attendence---ERG has past alliances and agreements--long since terminated between the two company's--those alliances and agreements though still make up 8.1% of ERG's capital and in accountancy can be reawakened through the passage of time---good to keep up with developments as they happen in this area. Today is Start Ramadan 15 periods of 9 days 5/10/05 Biggest one day fall on the ASX since September 11th 2001. source the nightly news on the tv set. (it didn't state Ramadan--but it did state the other words.) ======= I was terminated by my employer yesterday Wednesday 15/2/06--official phrase used. "work downturn" I have asked the employment agency I am with to find me work somewhere else--hopefully (wrong of me to hope as you know good traders don't hope--LeFevere.)--they will---need to pay close attention to risk reward safety--opportunity cost of capital--etc so forth--cash flows have been cut off for me. The stress of it all has made my face break out in acne--I must get some proactive.

The Terminator movie is on Channel 7 as I write. ====== He's good news for the bulls. ====== I have logged trade data on the stockmarket for 6 years--and have been watching prices during the trading day--and I have noted factually that the Terminator--is good news for the bulls--further I've done (using my electronic calculator) a count of calendar days between myself and him--and we match perfectly--sometimes when you do that you might only match on one number-a 9 or a 5--in his case we match on all numbers--don't even ask me to really explain it--why he is good for the bulls---all I know is I have observed the above for years--someone not looking at data--would think I'm crazy and delusional--I don't really care--it works for me (its not the only analysis I use obviously)I combine it with many other things)--he was also mentioned in the Daily Telegraph on the 11th 12th and 13th of January, he also came on tv once when CPU was travelling south at the shareprice of 6.74--the shareprice temporarily halted--during it's downswing at the time. His birthday is July 30th Mine is May 8th

I have been reading up on weather patterns on the net--I read on a website--that February 3rd--in the United States--known as 3 Chaplains Day--is designated as halfway through the U.S. winter--which is 88 days. As we start a new trading day on the ASX Monday 20th of February--Presidents Day. Using electronic calculator--I note there are from this date 3 x9 =27 days left U.S. winter. As a Gann trader learner--and someone who reads a lot of his stuff--I note this as important in understanding the sharetrend of ERG---noted also today is 20 Mayan days start Spring in Ireland--Imbolc on February 1st. On another stock I do (CPU--it went south and made a bottom of 6.58 on Feb 3rd.) I have read also that a day is defined as 24 hours--but because of time differences between countries--a date (as opposed to a day)--can contain up to 48 hours at any one time. On Tuesday---#tommorow February 21st#--it will be on Chinese Solar---Zhong Qi. I also note the unusually hot weather we are experiencing here in Sydney as relevant to the sharetrend.

It is 45 days (all inclusive) to Budda's birthday May 5th 2006--set by solar and lunar observation---for years I studied ERG's fundamentals--they have improved (the company still has problems--better though now--at 12 odd a bargain with a timeview is my belief--to the lower level of trading range--sure many would have the same view---below some trading counts for Gann. Cheers,--BK. Gann and Fibonacci Relationships in the Universe Below are some cycles that have been found by scientists and astronomers when studying the universe. Numbers that we have seen through this course (such as numbers that are or are near to Fibonacci numbers, or Gann multiples and fractions, are highlighted). Note a tremendous amount of Fibonacci relationships! Also, one of Gann’s major techniques for market timing was to use fractions of a circle, specifically into quarters, eighths and thirds, to count the number of days/weeks/months between highs and lows. For example, the circle has 360 degrees, 90 is one quarter, 45 is one eighth. Important numbers to count between highs/lows are therefore 30, 45, 60, 90, 135, (90 + 45), 150, 180, 210, 225, 270, 315, 330 and 360. Rounding up one eighth of 90 is 11, two-eighths is 22, three-eighths is 33, 45, 56, 67, 78 and 90. These are other numbers to look out for.

You must be a masochist to stick around for ERG.I know of some one who likes to trade ERG, you heard of up trending shares? If it is the bottom drawer, get rid of it.At least you can offset your captal loss against your capital gain. Best Wishes

I bought some ERG yesterday for it is down the bottom of it's trading range==the low was 11.5c--I've bought some at 12c. Today is 63 days start Spring Ireland. I follow in common with many others several stocks, not always possible to keep an acute eye on everything, but the last time I saw 11.5c come out (although it did not trade it) before yesterday the 3/4/06 was ERG reinstatement day 4th of November.) (11.5c is the lowest I've ever seen ERG post reconstruction.) I have a very good knowlege of ERG fundamentals combined with the chart--be surprised if it does not move up from this point.--Looking at latest figures as given by the company announcement section it shows a decline in NTA from 26c down to 17c--this is still higher than the present shareprice. The financials are for the period to 31/12/2005 and reflect a prior period in the company that can now through the process of time be out of date. 17c is the worst figure--so at 11.5c to 12c I feel confident. Regards,--BK. (Message edited by bonkers on April 04, 2006)

Best wishes for Egg Moon Easter.Full Moon 100% of Full Thu 13 Apr, 2006 http://www.earthsky.org/skywatching/tonightssky.php?date=20060413 ================================================= The April full moon is commonly called the Seed Moon. But traditionally -- back in Colonial times -- this moon was known as the Planters? Moon, or Egg Moon. This is due to the fact that around this time of year, the days in the Northern Hemisphere become longer, thus making the season ripe for farming. The egg connotation also comes from the longer spring days. Before the widespread use of artificial lighting, hens tended to lay fewer eggs in the winter because of the shorter days. And so traditional farmers had more than one reason to celebrate the advent of the April full moon. (Message edited by bonkers on April 13, 2006)

For those that believe in God--happy Maundy Thursday. ========================================================= Devotions for Lent: Maundy Thursday By Friday of this week (if you don't know the way the story ends) it looks like the wrath of God has eclipsed the God of Love. But it isn't so. Mercy triumphs over Judgment at Easter: love triumphs over wrath. Love is the new commandment given on this night by Jesus after he has washed the disciples' feet .... "Love one another as I have loved you." This is the "mandatum novum" from which the name "Maundy Thursday" comes.

Pesach* 1. Pesach is also called: The Festival of Spring. Pesach has several names that recall different aspects of the holiday. "Pesach" (Passover) was the paschal offering that recalled the "passing over" of the Israelite homes in Egypt, spared from the 'slaying of the first-born.' "Chag Hamatzot" - The Feast of Unleavened Bread - recalls the matzot baked in haste before the Exodus began. "Zeman Heirutenu"- The Season of our Freedom - engenders the notions of liberty and independence. "Chag Ha'aviv" - The Spring Festival - reinforces the concepts of birth, renewal, freedom and salvation, embedded within the holiday themes. Also, one of the reasons for reading of the "Song of Songs" on Pesach is because this allegorical 'love poem' between God and Israel is essentially a spring song ("For lo the winter is past…") -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. The Omer symbolizes: Both the Barley Offering and the Counting period till Shavu'ot. Pesach is one of the three Foot-Festivals during which, in ancient times, pilgrims brought the harvest to the Temple in Jerusalem. The "omer" was the measure of barley brought on the first day of Pesach marking the end of the season and the seven-week countdown to the wheat harvest on Shavu'ot. The period between the two harvests is also known as the Omer, the daily counting of which has been associated with tragedies in Jewish history, including the plague among R. Akiva's foremost scholars (c. 130 CE) and the period of the Crusades (1096-1320). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Bedikat Chametz is: The Search for crumbs. During Pesach, Chametz (or leaven) must not be seen or eaten. This prohibition mainly concerns grains, and fermented grain and their derivatives, and has been extended to any foods containing or associated with Chametz. So before Pesach Jewish homes are characterized by vigorous spring-cleaning in readiness for the changeover to Pesach. On the eve of 14th Nissan (the first day of Pesach) a symbolic search is made for the forbidden leaven - "Bedikat Chametz" - throughout the Jewish home. The few morsels found (sometimes intentionally) are burned the following morning in a ceremony in which the property owners disowns any 'forgotten' Chametz. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. Pesach marks: The Liberation of Jews from Egypt. In essence, Pesach marks the ending of the Israelite bondage in Egypt; it commemorates their transformation, through a series of rituals, miracles and mighty acts, into a nation ready to accept the Torah and enter Eretz Yisrael. From a spiritual perspective, a people subservient to Egyptian taskmasters became a believing nation ready to serve the God that delivered them. Many see in Pesach the universal message of freedom and independence of nation states and individuals for which so many suffered over the generations. In particular, the birth of Israel, and the ingathering of deprived and persecuted Jews in our times have given Pesach an added contemporary significance. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. The Pesach Haggadah: Was compiled in c. 3rd cent BCE The Haggadah (lit. "telling") is the book culled from a variety of sources that contains the order of the Seder ceremony on the first night of Pesach (see below). It is based on biblical injunctions to parents to relate the Exodus story to their children throughout the generations (cf. Exodus 13:8) and the original Seder service prescribed in the Mishnah (Pesachim 10). This was a "banquet" which included eating the paschal lamb, matza, bitter herbs, drinking wine and, of course, the recital of the Exodus. The traditional Haggadah was redacted during the period of the Men of the Great Assembly (early 2nd Temple period); however, it continues to be embellished, with many contemporary groups adding their own interpretations. The earliest printed editions and manuscripts date back to the 13th cent. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. During the Pesach Seder: We relate the Exodus story The Seder (lit. "order") is the actual ceremony in which the Haggadah is used. It is broken down into various stages incorporating: the early history of the Israelites and their bondage, the 10 plagues and Exodus, references to the major symbols of the Seder (Pesach, Matza, Maror) and future redemption, songs of praise, and other related items from the Bible, Midrash, and prayer book. The Seder plate and its symbolic foods, the various customs and rituals, the 3 matzot and 4 cups of wine, and the festive meal and singing, are all highlights for the children who are encouraged to participate as much as possible. Seder night is traditionally a time for family and guests who enjoin in the special atmosphere of thanksgiving engendered by this special occasion. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. Afikoman means: "Dessert" One of the Seder's quaint customs, the afikoman (lit. Greek for "dessert") is the final piece of matzah eaten at the end of the Seder meal. It symbolizes the last meal (paschal lamb) the Israelites had to eat before their hasty departure from Egypt. In the Seder it is the broken piece of the second of the three symbolic matzot on which blessings are made. It is hidden away for the children to find, for without the afikoman, one cannot finish the meal. (The finder gets a prize, of course!) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8. At the Seder the child asks: Any number of questions. Oh yes! How many people answered "four"? Well, yes, early in the Seder, the rabbis introduced the Four Questions in which the youngest present asks "Ma Nishtanah…?" - 'Why is this night different from other nights?' The idea was to involve the children who see contradictions between the customs of eating matza and Maror (bitter herbs), that symbolize oppression, and the customs of dipping (foods) and leaning (at the table) which symbolize freedom. However, the idea is to get the children to ask any number of questions, as the rabbis of old said: "The more one tells, the more praiseworthy one is." As the section of the 'Four Sons' in the Haggadah indicates, the child's questions gives the parents legitimacy to teach on - in a way appropriate to each and every child. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9. On Seder night Jews should feel: As if they left Egypt today. The problem with history is making it relevant. The rabbis understood that talking about events in the past might not touch the hearts and souls of contemporary Jews. However, the sages urged that "Everyone should see himself (or herself) as having left Egypt today." This was an attempt to help people internalize the enormity of the Exodus and its significance. It was also an inference that, in every generation, people can be slaves- to themselves, to fads or false gods; yet they can expunge the internal chametz and elevate themselves to nobler causes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10. Matza symbolizes: Modesty in behavior As mentioned, matzah denotes the hasty Exodus, and as such was called "Lechem Oni" - 'The Bread of Affliction.' "Oni" in Hebrew also means 'poor.' So some say that we hide the Afikoman (see above) as a poor man would save a piece of matzah for another day. This sense of withholding is also implied in another interpretation: For the rabbis, matzah and chametz are opposites. The flat, unleavened nature of matzah symbolizes the finer side of the personality represented by modesty; in contrast, leavened bread represents the inflated nature of individuals, pride and haughtiness.

July 2006 and ERG continues its downward slide - now down to less than 8c. On July 12, 2005 it was 30c. That's a loss of 73%. At this rate it won't survive until July 2007.
