Anyone else using the 'award-winning' MarketMaker software? I'm using it on a dummy account at the moment. Observations so far: 1. Seems strange not to have 'movement' on screen ie by how much has the price gone up or down (and also volume but that's more understandable). 2. The position keeping info seems very weak (to see whether you're in P or L on an open position you have to manually calculate price * quantity). 3. They seem to have lost 2 of my trades (recorded in executed trades but not part of current position - awaiting a response from help desk). On the positive side , the order combinations (esp stops) are great. I do find I'm still working off my normal brokers info and only switching to D4F to execute. Any other thoughts? Anyone tried CFDs on IG on-line? Cheers Paolo

Hi Paolo, I am still using the trial software and having exactly the same experiences. Not knowing the current $ balance is strange. I'll ask a few DFF people I know, to see how they handle it. Cheers ..........uturn

Thanks Midge Yeah I am looking there - its just that the info is very basic and lacks clarity. BTW Helpdesk have told me that the trial software is reset and open trades are 'closed'. So you cant use the trial software to check your trade strategy ('cept intraday). Paolo
