Justice : The drug trade is very big business . They probably could fund all the "save the world economy" packages from their vast reserves of $US.
Here it is known in some parts as Mexican welfare . In the Sierras, where there was damp ground one always found grass growing. Burros not used for transport - small planes with very good pilots . Airstrips very scary and used only in the hours of darkness.
In every form of government, agencies , military there are going to be those that can use the extra cash and will assist in the well being of the trade.
Will be interesting to see what happens. Mr morales best be watchful as the "trade" is bigger than government and they use bullets rather than words.
Everyday, so it seems, there are new examples of that here.

Justice : As I stated before "ALL" politicians, and especially those that are lyers are 'slime of the earth" and that they can slither under a snake.
Only way to solve the mess is to make it compulsory for qualified people [ excluding lyers, etc] to serve one term in House or senate. No pensions or other perks - salaries same as work with reasonable verified expenses . Staggered system of replacement so always veterans in "government". Trim "civil servant" or what to a level where they have to do a honest days work and are held accountable.
I do believe that is the way it started out in Europe before lyers took over with their greed, corruption and what have you.

Here is the news that counts. Here is where your focus should be.
The Fed is dragging its feet hard to keep the type and kind of SIVs they have taken as collateral from bankrupt institutions secret. The reason is simple. If they are total junk (and they probably are) the balance sheet of the Fed would be creamed. This would make Treasury instruments anything but totally creditworthy. It would make it much harder to borrow money, would break the 30 year bond and cream the dollar. It is coming one way or another.

Elliot Wave wise - 9283 (61.8 of last Intermediate wave) should not be breached before the expected resumption to Primary trend (i.e. down). (My latest guesstimate) Let's see how it goes.

Hell make a list of candidates under all categories. ship them to Australia where you have the space plus the saltwater crocodiles . Feed for the crocs raised for their hides . Should be able to create a goodly number of jobs on the manufacturing side - purses , shoes, the list is limitless.

The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) has just issued a call for an immediate moratorium on Genetically Manipulated (GMO) Foods. In a just-released position paper on GMO foods, the AAEM states that ‘GM foods pose a serious health risk’ and calls for a moratorium on GMO foods. Citing several animal studies, the AAEM concludes ‘there is more than a casual association between GMO foods and adverse health effects’ and that ‘GM foods pose a serious health risk in the areas of toxicology, allergy and immune function, reproductive health, and metabolic, physiologic and genetic health.’
The report is a devastating blow to the multibillion dollar international agribusiness industry, most especially to Monsanto Corporation, the world’s leading purveyor of GMO seeds and related herbicides.
In a press release dated May 19, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, which describes itself as ‘an international association of physicians and other professionals dedicated to addressing the clinical aspects of environmental health,’ called immediately for the following emergency measures to be taken regarding human consumption of GMO foods.
