Dollar ????-“Bon voyage” into an Abyss By: ILYANA_ROZUMOVA Note: “economist” should not read this article. (I wont them to remain stupid.) And also I prohibit reading of this article by “conservatives”. I do not wont them to progress from being complete idiots, to a state of being only stupid. American public now cannot wait when “messiah Obama” will assume his reign, And perform miracle with American economy. How ignorant they can get! The miracle has already happened! He miracle was that the good times had lasted so long! And now we can start. Red and yellow Dollar. Imagine that you are an ordinary Joe. Not Joe the plumber! (By the way making from Joe the plumber a war correspondent is the most grotesque thing what happened on the face of the earth since creation. All gods in high heaven still cannot stop laughing to this day.) So! You get your pay check first of January. You go to the bank and cash it in. On the way home, you stop at barber shop and get a haircut. When you pay, you mark one Dollar with a red felt pen, and hand it in with your payment. When you come home you take out one dollar, mark it yellow and hide it under your mattress. Next day barbers wife takes your red dollar, and buy some grocery with it. Day after is the Dollar in the hand of grocery clerk purchasing some goods or services. And so on. So on the eve of December 31your red dollar has changed hands in year 365 times. While your yellow marked dollar remained dormant under your mattress all year. Your red dollar was extremely hard working, and as a result of its activity it created 365 dollars which showed up in gross national product, and the same time it created app. 80 dollars tax revenue for the government. In the mean time your yellow dollar which was tuck under the mattress created nothing, and by that act it took away slice of bread, from each members of families it would touch, and shortened the tax revenue of the government by $80. If all dollars in the economy would behave so actively as red dollar, than the economy would super accelerate. On the other hand if all dollars were tucked under mattresses, that would bring the economy to a standstill. These are two extreme cases of behaving of the dollar in the economy. These are determining the limit points of the economic system. Any system with two limit points naturally can be expressed in mathematical equations. Now if the system has limit points, than it must have also a point, that is the optimum point. That is when the economy is performing at its best. We could estimate that this point is between 14 and 34 turnarounds of the dollar in economy in one year. Although that point also can be precisely calculated, but lets assume that the optimum point is 22 turns around in one year. For the purpose of this analysis. So there are inevitable points which determine how rich the rich can get, and how poor the poor can get. If the collective richness progresses beyond that point, than the system collapses, as it will be proven later. The green dollar. The next dollar you mark green and you take it to the bank. Than you deposit it on your savings account. This dollar has become a little bit of a slacker and grew a tiny teeth. It become a slacker because it increased the volume of financial activity of the bank. Because the volume of deposits and withdrawals varies, bank must keep certain amount of dollars in safe. This dollars are dormant. So from 2 to 4 cents of your dollar now has become dormant. And of course the rest of your dollar is dormant, until bank gives it out, in the form of a loan, to a next customer. Than it becomes the red dollar again. This dollar bites of little pieces of red dollar. The cyan (pale blue) dollar. Following dollar you mark cyan and than you buy some stocks with it. This dollar became evil. The reason it became evil is that it became dormant, and grew a big teeth. It sleeps all year, and only wakes up once a year, to bite of some piece of red dollar. On the other hand it performs the most important function. It rules and regulates the economy. Although one day you may sell your stocks, and by that act you change your dollar from cyan to red, and make it work again for the economy, your investment certificate will be sold to somebody else. So the volume of dormant biting cyan dollars stays the same, and by biting of red dollars, only increases. Concerning the loudly trumpeted “Investment creates jobs” as we see it now, is a total nonsense. Cyan dollars never changes into red dollars. Only activities of the red dollar creates jobs. Ergo demand for goods and services creates jobs(red dollar). Investment (cyan dollar) is only facilitator and regulator. The blue dollar. Next dollar you mark blue dollar, and buy some bonds with it. This dollar became real evil. This dollar became dormant, and grew a teeth of steel. This dollar is similar to cyan dollar, except it became a lazy evil. It even relinquished its responsibility of regulating the economy. The purple dollar. Finally the last dollar you mark with purple marker, and then you buy some foreign made goods with it. This dollar became dormant, and grew a wings. Then it flew away. It usually landed in some safe of a bank in some foreign country. There it has served as replacement for a gold. These days it usually fly’s to a bond market, and buy’s some US bonds. So of course in this case it grows a set of teeth from steel. Concerning financial products as derivates, mutual funds, hedge funds, options, futures, are nothing but hoaxes, masquerading as blue dollars. Except maybe futures, which may have some regulatory functions in marketing of agricultural (perishable) goods, or untested new consumer products. Some financial products existence may be justified in rapidly expanding economy. But that is very rare case today indeed. The war. Because of different color and creed, there is eternal battle going on amongst the dollars. The battle line is clearly visible. On the one side is the lonely red dollar in the field, against the rainbow coalition of the rest of the dollars. Except the purple dollar, which is special. The purple dollar does not have a selective appetite. It is surrounding the battlefield and devours any dollar which comes its way. We have to note that this battle is rigged in the favor of rainbow coalition. The red dollar has no chance of winning. It is destined to loose. These days the battle is intensifying. The battle roar is deafening. The battle rows of the valiant red dollars are thinning, because of the fallen red dollars. The red dollar has one genetically inherited extremely dangerous property. When in the battle it is loosing Instead increasing its courage and fight more ferociously it becomes a shrinking violet. His performance with accelerated speed decreases below optimum speed of 22 and all is lost. The battle is in the last stage. How do we know that? Simple! I forgot to mention that in the last stage, the behavior of the cyan dollar becomes cannibalistic. (The financial institutions are buying each other.) The government as the protector of the capitalistic economy should have known about this eternal war. It should have watched it, and should have jealously guarded it. And should have taken care that neither side would get an upper hand. But it did not! Not even when alarm bells were ringing (budget and trade deficits) did not do anything. The US government is now desperately trying to save the day. The administration is trying to replenish the lines of red dollars warriors with bailouts and stimulus packages. So far it does not work! Bushes stimulus package of 250 billion dollars did not even make a dent. Now it is up to baby president Obama. He is preparing a stimulus package of 1.2 trillion dollars. But will it work? I do not think so! The things are now too much out of balance. There are too many dollars in the rainbow coalition. And these dollar will now quickly eat up any red dollars. We can compare the situation to a dry forest. Can the occasional shower from heaven save the forest in the middle of the summer draught? Of course not! The droplets of water do evaporate in few hours. The inevitable is coming! The clouds are gathering. The lighting from heaven will ignite the fire, and the forest will burn down. Than we will not be even able to pick berries. What can we do? Not much! We can only sing in the chorus: It’s too late baby now; It’s too late: p.s. Some things just cannot be stimulated anymore. Like my husband is trying to stimulate my little tongue all the time. But it doesn’t work. On the other hand at least it wakes up my interest. And it makes him happy. Acknowledgements: (only one) To the Bush administration; for its greatest achievement, which was the teaching the American public the basics of color coding.(color alerts, color revolutions,….etc) Which we have used extensively in this analysis. And now you know! (at least a little bit) (skeleton basics) http://eldib.wordpress.com/2009/01/22/hyperinflation-begining-in-china-and-will- destroy-the-us-dollar/ The online article is more relevant to the serious nature of the topic. jI

pl go thru and circulate ....... any comments ? ? ? It is August. In a small town on the South Coast of France, the holiday season is in full swing, but it is raining so there is not too much business happening. Everyone is heavily in debt. Luckily, a rich Russian tourist arrives in the foyer of the small local hotel. He asks for a room and puts a Euro100 note on the reception counter, takes a key and goes to inspect the room located up the stairs on the third floor.. The hotel owner takes the banknote in hurry and rushes to his meat supplier to whom he owes E100. The butcher takes the money and races to his supplier to pay his debt. The wholesaler rushes to the farmer to pay E100 for pigs he purchased some time ago. The farmer triumphantly gives the E100 note to a local prostitute who gave him her services on credit. The prostitute goes quickly to the hotel, as she owed the hotel for her hourly room use to entertain clients. At that moment, the rich Russian is coming down to reception and informs the hotel owner that the proposed room is unsatisfactory and takes his E100 back and departs. There was no profit or income. There was NO real economic activity. But everyone no longer has any debt and the small town people look optimistically towards their future. COULD THIS BE THE SOLUTION TO THE Global Financial Crisis? Just sheer velocity of money? Or, am I missing something?
