Excellent question ken. There are no singular silver miners. Look for copper, lead, zinc, nickel and gold producers. Silver might be money but we don't mine it unless it's in the way of any of these other things apparently. I can't work it out either. Cut and paste this link to Ted Butler's Open Letter to Silver producers for some fascinating reading... http://www.gold-eagle.com/gold_digest_00/butler031200.html
It's just like sister Ray says...

Ted Butler's open letter to silver producers, which was written on 12 March 2000, claimed that the price of silver will rise enormously from its 2000 price of around US$5. Now it's almost four years later, and the price of silver is only US$6.16 according to http://www.kitco.com/charts/livesilver.html While Ted Butler has some interesting things to say, so far there has not been the 1000% price increase he predicted.

The only pure Ag play I know of is Macmin MMN. They have the reserves but have no intention of digging until POS is over $9 and they are confident it will stay there. My first post here so I'll say Hi. Bill
