When I look at this Sector with the RSI plotted, I have found that the RSI has risen since the 17th. Dec. 2002, also the Twiggs Money Supply as well, although it has dropped back a little over the last week. I use the Price Ratio (XAO) to check the strength of the sector comparative to the market as a whole. Look for trend changes (higher/lower troughs and peaks) on the indicator line. My assessment is that property Trusts are in a huge bear market and are in a stage 4 if I have ever seen one. Relative Strength (price ratio: xjo) is still rising. This may be the start of a stage 3 top rather than a stage 4 decline. The next few weeks should tell.
