gold hasnt done a lot lately but i like the look of this one. the swing low on 27th march low risk entry.
any ideas about gold for the future....?

SGX looks to have found a base & if the gold price sorts itself out and the mine in china can soon be commissioned is likely to head higher.
Daily chart: Bit more work required on the indicators but worth watching

SGX appeared on my scan this weekend.
I reckon it might be ripe for a range trade when it next dips.
If it slips back down to the $3-3.50 mark, that will signal the next trough and the first day's upturn could be a buy signal.
Volatility and gold are a potentially profitable combination for the alert trader.

The last rally had a bit more legs than I anticipated but SGX is now heading back down. I'm guessing that $3.50 might be the trough, so keep watching for a turn-up.

I'm not yet sure if that is a breakaway gap or what (volume too low to get too excited), but I have also seen the pull back and should be onboard but had some trouble offloading some puts...
FWIW Dow futures down 26 ATM, but if the Isralis keep their bombing up we could see gold up more and the PM shares also...
