sabre,

I have been monitoring MGX since the time you have alerted us of the break out.Since then MGX has produced the likely rising 3,in the daily chart which is 3 candles in retracement. The body of the 3 candles itself is interesting as they all have long tails which can be interpreted as sellers dominating at open and buyers dominating the close.

In the weekly chart, MGX established a dominant candle last week and it look like the bullishness of MGX is here to stay as the closed of subsequent candle is above the mid point of the dominant candle. The SP is also above the 30weeks MA which is an indication that MGX is likely to be in up trend.Notice several substantial shareholders are increasing their holding in MGX.

Peterloh,
Bought a swag of MGX last week at .95.Let's hope it goes the way of AGM. CUO is another one I've bought into.

Eugenio,

MGX has broken out again yesterday on a sea of red.It has retraced to test the support line today.MGX's chart look similar to OXR prior to the commencement of production. The weekly chart is also looking good.Buying more at this level.

MGX reaches lower channel and bounce back, look like it is finishing with a doji. This may be the development of the rising 3, the least it will go is sideway and likely to bounce back tomorrow.I hold and picking a few up.

MGX - The rising 3, as in candlestick charting. The share is in an upward trend, has 3 down days and the 4th day, the share recovers strongly. It looks like MGX is certainly in this mode.
MGX is also trading in a channel and being near the bottom of a channel, it tends to rebound as the share is in a up trend.
Fundamentally, MGX is in production and is shipping their iron ore off the port. As all their production is already contracted out, it is a matter of getting the ore out of the ground and have them shipped ASAP.
MGX will be admitted to the ASX SP 200 after the 2nd of July, it is only a matter of time that indexed funds will have to include MGX in their indexed fund.Bottom picking and small cap fund managers will have another look at MGX, now that it is in production and the shares are trending up.

Declaration - I hold MGX.

MGX is moving nicely today.
On the 27th June MGX closed with a dominant black candle. On a closer examination of the day's transaction there was a transaction of 10.233610 million at $1.36 during the day. The share closed at $1.28 on that day with 13.35 million, so I would pay not pay any attention to the volume or the significance of that particular candle as the retracement was on a relative low volume compared to days of white candles or up days.It looks like a dominant candle today, if the current volume and trend continues on from now towards the end of the day.
