Lower highs, lower lows, longterm MAs falling, it would not inspire much love. Yet it pays an excellent dividend, it is a monopoly distribution network of energy. A 13.4 cent div expected but not yet announced at end of June, this baby should be parabolic by now. Would anyone with fundamental analysis skills care to comment on what may ail DUE and more importantly why is it looking so miserable ?
