From the Yahoo Finance web site :

Fox Resources Limited

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
Fox Resources Ltd (FXR) is a precious and base metals exploration company operating in Western Australia. The company is primarily focused on the Radio Hill nickel project.

BUSINESS SUMMARY

Fox Resources Ltd (FXR) is a precious and base metals exploration company operating in Western Australia. The company is primarily focused on the Radio Hill nickel project.

Radio Hill:
The Radio Hill project is located 35km south of Karratha in the West Pilbara region of Western Australia and is prospective for nickel and copper. Project comprises Radio Hill nickel treatment plant and four nickel sulphide deposits. As at June 2005, mining was running at a rate of 200,000tpa ore and production averaged 24,000 tpa of 9.7%Ni concentrate and 4,800tpa of 28% Cu concentrate. FXR has entered into a three year off-take agreement with the Chinese Jinchuan Group. Resources as at April 2005 were estimated at 523,000t @ 2.0% Ni and 1.66% Cu for 10,400t Ni and 8,700t Cu, including reserves of 313,000t @ 1.8% Ni and 1.2% Cu for 5,700t Ni and 5,300t Cu. Resources at surrounding deposit of Mt Sholl as at June 2004 were estimated at 5.6Mt @ 0.54% Ni, 0.68% Cu, 0.04% Co for 30,000t Ni, 40,500t Cu and 2,200t Co.

Whundo copper project:
Located 10km from Radio Hill project and comprises the Whundo Open Pit and the unmined West Whundo deposit. As at June 2004 resources at Whundo were estimated at 1.2Mt @ 2.1% Cu, 1.3% Zn and 11g/t Ag for 24,000t Cu, 15,000t Zn and 410,000oz Ag. As at June 2005 feasibility study was underway. Fox aims to have the Whundo Copper Mine in production by early 2006.

Ruth Well:
The Ruth Well nickel-copper deposit is located 12 km north to the Radio Hill. Previous drilling intersected 4.6m @ 7.2% Ni, 5.2% Cu and 3.0m @ 3.4% Ni, 3.4% Cu. As at June 2005, drill program is being planned to test the deposit along strike and at depth. Titan Resources retains a Net Smelter Royalty of 1.5% of the value of the nickel produced from the Ruth Well.

Other projects:
The FOS and Radley projects are situated 12km from the Radio Hill mine and are prospective for gold. The majority of the mineralisation is open in all directions. Another potential gold prospect is East Well, where previous drilling intersected 2m @ 5.5 g/t Au. Assays of up to 50 g/t Au were obtained from rock chip sampling over a strike length of 800m.
Fair bit of news of late :

I use an ATR based indicator that although designed as a stop loss works much better as a generator of buy signals. As useful as tits on a bull in Weinstein stages 3 and 4 it is invaluable in the other 2 stages. Whenever an SP touches or penetrates this line and then closes above it a buy signal is generated. The validity of this signal is enhanced by any patterns that my be formed by or just after re-entry. On the chart below, double bottoms and NR4s seem to be catalysts. Often an outside day also adds to the value of the buy signal. Such a bar was produced on Friday and any action above the high of this bar would be an indication of forthcoming bullish action. An ensuing close below the low of Friday bar would constitute failure - unless it is a double bottom.

I don't have a plan so nothing can go wrong !!!

Jinchuan Takes Equity Stake in Fox.

Part of China's long term plan to gain control of as much strategic mineral reserves as the free world will allow.

And a good day to you Tryhay : Don't think it is the shares they are interested in . Eventual control of company / off take agreement will get them what they want : Resources shipped NNE .

In Canada they don't say boo about Chinese buying up resources companies to acquire resources - in other countries . For example Tyler Resources bought 100% , delisted - acquired 500 million tonne porphyry / skarn Cu-Zn-Au-Ag deposit in Mexico .

That flagpole may be well greased . I don't know what stage Fox is with their deposit[s] .

Regards,

Paddy

Careful. Looks like a rejection of the 30week MA similar to previous spikes in March, July and September last year and January this year.

Sway : By my chart FXR closed at $0.665 which puts the Close above the 100 SMA [ $0.659 ] . Do you think it will continue to the 200 SMA @ $0.786 . However when it has breached the 100 SMA before the "price" has taken on the flight characteristics of a large stone . Also it just broke through the Upper Bollinger band so if it falters the present downside target is the Lower Bollinger Band at $0.57

Sway,
Not a very encouraging chart.

On P&F chart. H&S target has been reached.

Paddy isn't it Bollinger middle that the price is expected to snap back to ?

Hershy : Yes mid point [ 0.62± ] is the first downside target . Then I would look for the EMA 18 @ 0.60 and then the LBB now @ 0.577 . The LBB is where this stock likes to hang out .

Hello hershy, good to hear you heading off on the "European Vacation" ~ one has to keep the cook satisfied somehow...

I beg to differ ~ I think fox is establishing a bottom and may just be ready for a run to the races (short term may even have enough herbs to bounce off 200_D_MA). Once the 200D_MA is breached then it will be worth climbing abord IMO.

Hi Tryhay
Funny you should say that, about the cook.
Last night we had 21 guests for dinner, no mean feat for any cook ! 4 of the guests and us are planning a sailing trip along the Dalmatian coast in 2010.
I was saying that 5 of us are going and engaging Rosie - as the cook.
Hehe.........

Passover dinner, is a traditional meal that one has with the extended family. Like all Jewish religious festival, it has the following theme:
They tried to kill us.
They failed !
Let's eat !

Not a very well known fact is that King David, immortalised in that famous statue one can find in Florence posed for a statue after a Passover dinner. He did not like the result and asked for a "correction".
Here is the original statue:

Now back to Fox Resources.........

I guess it depends on weather your glass is half empty or half full. A trip to channel bottom is just as likely as a sustained breakout. We certainly live in interesting times.
