Nearly every indicator has a scale down the right hand side which gives the last day's discrete value. Yet nowhere can I find how to use those discrete values in any effective way.

Does anyone use them? Does anyone have some Excel code or the like which uses the values to help refine entry and exit decisions?

The market wins because it has an edge! Traders blink first.
