Can I nominate say two screening filters as constants and then have a stock alert indicated when a third e.g. daily MACD crossing above/below zero is triggered?

Hi Colin, I see you are updating the screener, will it be possible to screen for the cross of the 50% line of the twiggs money flow ? Another useful screen would be abnormal volume . thanks Ian

Ian, I take it you mean Twiggs Money Flow crosses the zero line. Yes. This will be added. Abnormal Volume - Take a look at the existing Volume Spike/ filter. How can we improve this to meet your needs? Regards, Colin

Hi Colin, yes I did mean zero line. The volume spike filter is what I was looking for. Thanks Ian

Hi Colin and Buderim, I find TMF a very useful filter. A scan using TMF would be great as i manually scroll thru charts in an uptrend to look at TMF. My preference would be to see: 1. Chose TMF above or below zero for 1 - 9999 days (similar to other indicator time choices). 2. Chose a cross above or below zero function. 3. TMF between two values for 1 - 9999 days (eg TMF between -0.1 and +0.1 for 1 - 9999 days etc). I have found IC charts to be very good in that they are easy to use. I have barely scratched the surface of its capabilities. I now spend more time looking at charts than writing indicators etc which used to hold me up no end with other charting facilities. In the end most indicators lead up the same path so better to keep it simple.
