DOW futures (1-hour ) seem to be forming a pretty powerful Bull Flag ??
if it plays out 12900 ++ ???

Hey Stocky, Spread Betting is CFD. LOL, the only differ is, Spread Betting don’t pay tax on the gain while CFD do. Shitty tax system we have here!!

I can see that Dragon setting up on the daily chart as well (very short time frame), but if you look at the chart from a longer time period (ie, 1-2years) then you’ll see an Inverse Dragon setting up as well, LOL!! I’ll say wait for trend line break on either side, as both are still forming but not yet confirmed (However I would normally trade the bounce off of the trend line).

Thanks Jax, I will stick to equities for now and do a bit of theoretical trading of warrants until I start to get the feel of it. I won't be doing much if any trading over the next month anyways.

I had to offload my CNP last night for a small loss, what do you know the bugger is green this morning.

MAH is a stock i like fundamentally, lots of big projects announced recently and well the chart is looking ok to me too. My thoughts are probably to wait for the run up to start rather than jump in now and risk getting burnt, MACD indecisive. What do you chartists reckon is the play here? Aussie, stocky, what do ya think? Stochastic shows oversold with %k about to cross %D

I didn't mind last week because I made some money and kept a residual parcel. But yesterday I had to take a loss which decreased the size of the residual.

Hey Chris, remember the play on SDL we did last time? We jumped in early and got burnt (would have been the perfect short trade on a reverse as it broke down but my CFD provider wouldn’t allow me to Short it, lol). Well MAH is setting up the same pattern (Triangle). So might be wiser this time to wait for the break out, money train these triangles if picked right.

we have had a good run but aussie is due to get his fall again ,were back to the grey not cheap right now but also not over priced,now it might get harder. i dont want to short but i also see long hard work so maybe flat line for a while did i cover all bases there lol. will sell down mqg today will sell off 1/3 .time to come up with a new plan .
