Worth keeping an eye on.
If it fails to go through 186 this time it could make a good RT short (CMC carries this one).
If it goes through 186 it might make a good breakout, been in stage one for a while........

Ahoy brave and loyal crew
I have updated the Logs as at dusk Friday 2nd January 2004
Over the last 4 weeks we were only able to just keep up with the All Ords and both gained 3% in 4 weeks
Not quite NE (1% /week )and nowhere like our average course speed NNE 2%-3%/week
The seas have really been heaped in fusion
Gold as the safe haven against the Dow both sailed NE in harmony??
AND just to add to all the confusion
The strong Aussie Battler and our Resource Classes also sailed NE in harmony???
It seems the world has gone temporarily mad again!
It is always a worry to this Captain when things don't pan out the way they should
Could we be sailing into a major sea-change?
As always we will all find out soon enough who was right but in the meantime we will all have to be very careful and forget all the logical fundamental nonsense that worked ages ago
I hope this explains the gutless actions of this Captain when he locked in gains much too early (See Week 31)
OUCH! OUCH! OUCH!
Who would have thought we had the best set of sail up at the time when so many others could not hold any wind at all?
In Hindsight "YES" we can all see it now but it is amazing how the seas harden you or soften you up at times

The first mate gave a lot of the crew shore leave.
They have worked very hard this year, and there was word out that the emperor had called for a new batch of VV's and they were passing through port, I felt the crew deserved a treat!
The first mate decided to stay on board as he has always liked this time of year for trading, lots of good memories.

First mate spids on deck.
It was a busy trading day today.
Tried to buy some more CLT but it would not stand still long enough.
Oh well, must be patient.
CLH had a very good day, so did WOW.
Started my fitness routine again today (there is a new season of basketball coming up, and spider is just that little bit older. I have to defend my spot on the roster for one more season).
The legs aren't too happy but, they will get used to it.
Sleep well my salty comrades.
