I like the Ncmwmd if gold stops dropping, is that a near double top I see on the Gold chart? (more down side if so) ... very hard to tell without my candles. Wmrwmb will be worth a look a Sept $5.00 call when Wmr decides it's stopped dropping. AnyHoo Captain your call as I'm still sitting on the fence regarding which way for anything! Julles

Captain, "Fortune favours the brave", and you are a brave captain. I am not as brave as you. This is probably why my little vessel has not done nearly as well as the "Incredulous". I still "feel" that there is more downside to come. Take a look at the A/D line compared to the XAO (see http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/intchart/frames/frames.asp?symb=AU%3AXAO&time=& freq= ) As always, I will sit back today and watch you do well, while I sit on my thumbs. Maybe it is better to get sore thumbs from holding ropes than to make them sore by sitting on them! Regards, Starb'd

Capt'n and Crew, A quick correction to my link above - It seems that you have to add the indicator after going to the link. Go to indicators (on the side), and choose "A/D Line" for the Upper Indicator. Here is what I meant you to see. Comments please...

I've never used the Adr indicator before Starboard so I'm of little use to you ... It looks pretty negative though huh? J

Ahoy Captain, Just goes to show what I know! Well done on all of them. Now, not only are my thumbs sore from sitting on them, but my ankles are sore from kicking myself! Starb'd

Ahoy Able Seaman Starboard Tack Well ST, as you can see by now this skipper has no room onboard for such tautological and useless equipment such as the Advance Decline It's always nice to know how the others are faring but this skipper's responsibility is only to his ship and her fearless and faithful crew I just had to get those warrants up when I did There is really never any rest for the wicked There is never any rest to those addicted to life at sea Is there? I thought it might just motivate the crew while the Captain is taking a well earned rest Ahoy officers Spids Scalps Ice and crew How do the old fashioned warrants fare against these new fangled CFD design class of sail? Maybe we should design and float a new ship someday including dear I say "warrants?"? "Incredulous#2" The ship of fools Drink and Eat well my lovable crew Captain Chaza
Sorry ST Those ankles are looking petty bad and it's only ONE day???

Ahoy Captain I like the idea of leverage on the big boys to make it worthwhile. For now will stick with the CFD's, i am a bit of a loner and don't like working for the middle man in the warrant game. Which ever game you play, you do need to press the out button pretty quick if it has not done its deed. + and - for both types of sails The idea of another ship sounds fine, maybe each crew could be responsible for raising a leveraged sail on the big blues and we can chart the course of the ship and its crew. Maybe a topic for the dinner table, hey Skip. Cheers Scalper - going through the wardrobe.

awww CC, It aint the same without the Incredulous. The forum has become a lonely place without the excitement of constantly checking the hoisting and lowering of sails. I miss the posts, I could always count on you n Julles to be there day after day. How is the ship refitting coming along? Are you relaxing and making the most of the captains break after an arduous and adrenalin filled 12 months? I have to tell you, if you go with warrants I am in deep water, way out of my depth, and cannot join you and will need to resign my commission. (No doubt the severance pay will be great) But wish you luck and will watch with interest and maybe learn a thing or two. Off to yell out IC, IC at the Traders Expo even though I dont see too much at all some days except confusion. Gotta love the cold day n night tabs, have been awake since 4am. Will be really glassy eyed come 6 tonight. PS have posted on Captains Table, let me know. Time for that coffee??? SusieQ

So what's the go Cap? I agree with Suzi it's been like a ghost ship of late. I guess we all will end up lost in the world, single handedly scoping the asx for fodder and riches? This was your intention from day one? I miss the old days of Chocolate pudding with King island Cream and lots of rum rations. Feeling sad .. Julles

Good morning Captain and crew. As a very new comer to The Good Ship Incredulous I think it would be a shame to lose the comradery that was very obvious looking in from the outside before I requested to come aboard. You all as a crew seemed to make light of the perilous sailing on the seas of the ASX. I hope that this won't be lost. On a less serious note I will only be on line in fits and bursts over the next month as the boat has to be slipped and I am going out to Swains Reef fishing. Hope you all enjoy your party, would love to be there, maybe next year. Cheer's for now kenr.......
