Hi, I'm interested in starting up a trading group. I'm Located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. I'm 22, been trading for a few shorts months, but studying TA for over 3 years. At the moment my strategy is quite long term due to minimum trading capital. Are there many young traders using IC? I'm looking to chat with people online via MSN or AOL, exchange ideas and the like. Reply if you're keen. Shaun.

Trading group sounds awesome, especially if it can be done over some simple chat like MSN. I'm 18, just entering the market world pretty much, but I'm keen.

Didn't mean to offend. I realise that the majority of people using MSN or AOL instant messenger are younger, and i figured a discussion using that media would appeal to them as it appeals to me. If anyone else uses MSN or AIM, let me know. shaun.

Have not been able to log onto MSN & my log on times are not very regular, so email works for me through that we can organise chat times, anyone else want to start an e-mail ring?

Sure thing. But a prearranged chat discussion to suit other people would also be nice every now and then. If people dont mind, they can send me their emails addresses and MSN with their location and i will put it on a database. Cheers.

WOW...database...err...will I be getting callers from India? lol! You might want to explain the database bit, I would have thought an entry in Outlook express's address book title "IC-Trading Club" that way its generic windows application & those interested are able to control who we post to, so if someone does not want to x to receive posts then they can delete them from the ring from their address book. Adding people is done by a referral basis, once again allowing the user to decide to add the new referral to the group. How does that sound.
