Ahoy Captain, having donned the Wet weather gear and mind you taken a soaking that has chilled me to the bones, Exposing more than I could possibly imagine anyone wanting to see, least alone having too. I'm wondering of your thoughts re a bear trap rally?

Is anyone awake? I'm wanting to see the US market and futures tonight and would love some company for an hour or two at least. Officer Ice?

Julles,
US bank holiday today. Volume is low and traders will be swinging it.
How has it been in the last few days?
I'm just about off to bed.

Our market today was decisively indecisive. Plenty of punters both sides of the fence, no direction that I could tell they were and are simply waiting on how the Us will go.

I like to see what happens then make decisions, but If I was to stick my neck out my guess is the Us will recover ,,,, There are trades to be made short term and long. Enjoy your sleep.

Braveheart, sticking her neck out

Ahoy Julles,

I totally agree, the little northerly yesterday was more of a worry to me than another southerly would have been. If i were a gambling man i'd short the 200 today.

The little northerly could simply have been the shorters taking profits, or Landlubbers trying to buy cheep.

CHEEP IS NOT A BARGAIN !!!

Having said that, BLR, BTV and GGY all look like they're going to open UP today. BTV Finally might be making a run for it. It's going to open with about 1 mil shares traded, 1/2 of it's daily average turnover.

Cross your fingers !!!!!

Ahoy Brave and Loyal crew

Patience crew!

As the 1st Mate Spids used to say
"Sailing is Sometimes like watching paint dry
BUT in Slow Motion"

The Fremantle Doctor should come in at 2.00PM AEST and help the Resources along
Heaven help the rest?

Let's have a chat and a bottle of rum after Dusk

I'm still not too sure if we should be sailing around in these conditions under a full spread of sail presented to the wind but I feel we do have the right classes of sails up to catch the wind when she pounces?

In the meantime I guess we we drift a little more South each day
Salute for now
capn
PS
The problem the Captain is faced with is our losses look like Bargains the Landlubbers would love and our winners look like they could handle lots more wind????
Hmmmm?
As always crew Any good ideas are welcome
Which ones to LOWER???
Which to FLY in their place???

PPS
The Captain is addicted to Sailing under a Full Spread of Sail and that's the way he likes it

Ahoy Captain

Not cheap as "they" would say and I'm waiting for it to break above yesterday high as the Jap's won't like it until then. However KIM is doing all the right things in a Bear Market. It is worthy of the Captains eye.

Regards
Stampy

Ahoy SCO Braveheart

You must admit the Doctor did come in right on time
However as usual lately
Fizzled out like a spent rocket! OUCH!

RE the Ocean Currents and Tides

Take my Advise!
Don't take any advise from anyone else but ME!

DON"T THINK!!! or you will think yourself into anything!
LEARN to ACT INSTINCTIVELY and WITHOUT HESITATION
The Charts never lie!

The only LIARS are those that say they did what they did Yesterday?
What they did last week?
What they did 2 hours ago?
Who cares how smart they are after the fact??

I don't believe a word they say unless it is posted 3-5 mins before/after the fact
YES ! 3-5 mins!!! That's all it takes

I have met these after the fact "delayed wonders" all my life
Most of them seem to make IC their home site unfortunately

"They say they even know where Elvis lives!"

Ahoy Officers Spids and JustICE
If any of them try to board this ship
Feed them to the sharks!

The little red SRI looked good today
They must have suspected I was about to cut her loose!

Ahoy Cabin-Boy Stampy
Is KIM a Red Green or Blue
Do you expect me to find 3 Reds to LOWER and HOIST ONE blue?
If so?
NAME THEM!

It would be a great help for every member of the crew to WORK IT OUT! and then give me your good ideas
In the meantime it is just a good idea with no funds or space on the mast

Don't worry about making mistakes
We all make them
The Captain makes the most

Given enough notice/time I feel confident our Greatest of all crews will screen out most of them before it gets to the Captain's attention

I don't think it is only the Captain's duty to second all the good ideas?

In the end Only the Captain goes down with the ship
But I wouldn't mind taking a few liars and landlubbers with me if I have to go that way??

Salute for now
capn
PS
Anybody seen SCO Brains or the Princess lately??????

Ahoy 2nd Officer Just ICE

Please give me your spin on things

Why does Everyone still look at the old sea-dog DOW?
She can't even break her 6 year high!!!
Everyone else has been able to do it with great ease

Maybe the world should not have gone North and waited for the DOW to catch up Hey???

Ahoy Admiral Col'n and Vice-Admiral Rob'n

Do you intend to fix the "World Indices Link" on IC or is it just another one of those things that just break when you need them the most?

Salute for now

capn
