i reckon the city of churches would
be a nice, quiet place for a traders meeting.

Count me in - would mickv care to nominate the place? I don't mind travelling - it's tax deductible.

Let's see how many replies there are by Tues 28th
(after the long weekend) and talk about a time.

howdy,

this sounds like a great idea. Im in!
I suggest if somebody has a laptop with charting software, that they might like to bring that along, as it may be useful. (i dont have one...YET).

Would the location be public or private? I suggest somewhere like a quiet pub/hotel, possibly with our own quiet corner, or room. Could be tricky if it is to be free.

Keep me posted on the progress.

Ok so it could be the 12th or 26th of February.

The lobby in the Hilton(victoria sq) is apparently free. But i dont know for sure if there is a sit down area for this kind of thing.

Wednesday 26th Feb at 7 pm is good for me.
I live in the Seacliff area, perhaps responders could nominate their suburb so that we can choose a meeting place.
I have no real preference re having a meal or just a glass of something - either would be OK.

Fairview Park and 26th 7pm is good for me. Are we going to play it by ear, or is it worth trying to highlight points to cover? Maybe even get one of the other groups to let us know what they covered on their 1st meetings.
