Seriously Crew.....work does interrupt but Fast Ronny has had ASDL installed at work and life should be easier from now on. Like I said in my email to the Capt. Some basic charting lesson relating in simple terms to our own positions would go down as well as Julles Irish Stew Farewell for now FR

Ahoy crew This one (SES) may one day go down in history No man is an island but it helps to have a great 1st mate who at least did not see a storm on the horizon I thought it might be a thin trade in that we could not all get onboard @ 12 and I did not want the types of "that" character/cartoon to hop onboard with us "Team Players" So here is a little tape of the life a Captain has to live with at sea with his 1st mate "Yo Skipper, just got back from exercising the Cat. I had a look at both of them, SES and AYO. Neither of them leap off the page but, I can see why you were interested. The question is what time frame are we talking? If we are talking short term I would say that they both have legs, but both would be dependent on the short term market sentiment. They both come from strong sectors, SES in particular. The thing that worries me about SES, is it very small volumes, you might have to take an exit on an up day in order to get out of a reasonable size position, I see this as a small handicap. If we are talking medium to longer term then we have the very real problem of nearby , overhead resistance, this could cause them to rise more slowly than others that are on the rise. AYO caught my eye a few days ago ,as being one of the few shares that was posted about a month ago, that has done anything. The volume pattern for AYO is text book for a breakout, so that is a positive for me. If all this sounds a bit pessimistic, it is just my natural caution, I like all the ducks to be in a row before I get really excited. As to whether you should pass them on, that is entirely up to you. I post whatever I believe has the maximum chance of succeeding, and I'm hard to please in that regard. I hope that some of this has been of some help, and thank you for asking, I enjoy the mental exercise. Spider" There is no better man to sail with than a great 1st mate It is not so much that you were really cool but that you did not see any storm over the horizon heading our way That was so cool I always hope we are both right But in the end we all know the 1st law at sea "The Captain gets on first and is the last to leave the ship" Sometimes even with his life Captain Chaza

Ahoy crew The Captain never sleeps (hardly ever anyway) It's a tough night on Wall St but it looks like our little Newscorp may help change the sentiment spider likes You would have to be a supreme optimist to think our little ship could change the sea flows of the Nasdaq But stranger things have happened in the past The Golds are now going where they should have gone yesterday Newscorp is leading the way NE (very slowly) But I still like her style and the way she shifts through the waters Nite all I would love to chat but I hear nothing over my new wireless technology? Captain Chaza
If you feel NCP is Big You should remember that GE Corp (General Electic) I once worked out was bigger than our total ASX combined Trivia I know but it is getting late and I hate my own company

ahoy 1st mate spider and crew SES hold on tight Lots will prey our spinnaker sail may lose some wind but the captain is not prepared to take that chance I have moved the stop loss up to our purchase price of 12 cents We can't lose I am a very strong holder Ahoy 1st mate spider I know you are a big fan of the ranging a ship does in the north and south east trade winds (horse latitudes) But I am not a fan of this tack as I feel there is very little prize money on offer If you go to my personal page you may see my point? Go to "Learning on tall ships" It takes time to load and then scroll across East and down South It is worth the wait as 10 years experienced is a lot better than waiting for the next 10 years to learn the same lesson Thats why I started building the site Maybe put the kettle on , make a burger and chips and then come back It does load in alphabetical order Take a pencil and an accountant with you and jot down the wins To me SYM was a buy and not a sell at 87c They usually go through these type of weather fronts on the 3rd time If it takes 4 attempts the more the merrier the joy later on I always try to look for these starlets Captain Chaza

Gee Captain so much work! So little time! Irish Stew, (I'm not familiar with the ingredients) so Beef, potatoes, green vegie's and thick Beefy Gravy is what's been served tonight. I hope someone's remembered to bring the wine up from the bilge .... ! If not you all get yesterday's bread, sorry, rules of the galley .... ! I see calm waters ahead and took some profit on ses. Ones got to eat especially while on the Ocean. The rest I'll hold, cause I've faith in the Skipper , well heck someone's got to steer the boat. Good voyages Captain... Julles

Yo skipper, obviously I disagree about the RTs (and I've got a lot of years worth of records to back it up, but not quite your 10 years). You are right about SYM being a buy at 87, but that is a different trade altogether. Hence my comments about waiting on the down leg. The line of least resistance is definitely up. And I take your point about "very little prize money". One of the main reasons I like this type of trading is that, under the right circumstances, it's a 'no brainer'. And as trading is ,at least in part, a confidence game, a small win can do wonders for the confidence. I've been a basketball coach for nearly 30 years, and one of the things I do to get my best jump shooter back into the game if he is having a bad night from the perimeter, is to get him to make a lay up (the easiest shot in the game). This simple score will restore his / her belief that they can 'put it in the hoop' ,and their confidence returns, and so does their jump shot. Watch Andrew Gaze play, if his shot is off, he will find other ways to contribute. The RT can be a great contributor. But that is spider. And my style is my style, it works for me. It's my secret weapon, so please don't mention it to anyone. The SES trade was a good pick dude, but I wonder if the AYO might catch up over time. For those people who were lucky enough to get onto SES, don't be in too much of a hurry to get off. Your playing with their money, no need to stop the ride until you have a REALLY GOOD reason to. Remember that all the people who sold to us over the last couple of days were WRONG! How do you think they feel now after they "locked in profits" and the price went up another 30% in two days? This one trade will test your abilities at setting a GOOD exit strategy. You either join the ranks of the pro's or you pay their rent! spider. P.S. Captain, thank you for sharing the credit on this one. P.P.S. To all SES holders. Remember that we got LUCKY on this one. i.e. a small amount of skill and a LARGE amount of LUCK. (Right place right time, and good direction from the captain). .
The fool doth think he is wise, but the wise man knows himself to be a fool. - William Shakespeare: As You Like It.

Cptn Chaza 1st Mate Spider and crew, Onboard with SES as indicated above thanks to your call and other contributor's 'second opinions'. My coffee preference is PNG's Organic or Blue Mountain Coffee (both rather pleasant exotic blends). Wadda

Ahoy Skips RE Your great game of the stage 1+2 ++++ Is there room for a swashbuckling Captain to jump in and takeover 1 or more stages ? or is another stage created by Captain Weinstein to fill in the gaps and excuses? This is a D-M Deep and Meaningful and any reply from you in 10-20 days would be helpful to me and us all Captain Chaza
PS I will try to report in on Week-Ends It has become a little boring for me on the back pages as it must be to you all Everyone always shoots themselves in the foot One Day

Hi Captain, It's a pity that you don't have a taste for fish, you probably haven't tried the best in our southern oceans. Yellowfin Tuna for example - known as the chicken of the sea - has no fishy flavour. No bones, delicious eating Dolphin fish (Mahi Mahi) has a delicate flavour and would be equal to or better than a nice eye fillet steak. Nearly all the pelagics (the fast fishes that live mostly near the surface) are extremely good eating if cooked correctly. Some even taste magnificent if prepared only with freshly squeezed limes. Of course you'll remember that lime juice is also good for scurvey. I'm not offering myself up as chef but would be quite happy to stand in from time to time if our #1 cook should be laid up with the dreaded mal de mer.

Ahoy Good Captain and Crew How's the sailing....Still sitting tight and ready to obey orders Re Coffee......Fast Ronny's Daughter owns a coffee shop and uses an exclusive blend of Lavazza....changes the blend for the seasons just like our good Captain does....She tells me the secret to good coffee is in the grinding of the beans and a good cappucino is in the foaming of the milk.....Sounds like the way our good captain works Maybe we start of with a simple off the shelf line and look to find our own exotic blend in our travels Meanwhile Ronny sits up stern watches the wake and observes the Good Captain and our Mate.
