Like many small specs, the small exploration concern were set out to be milk and taken advantage of by the management. When the coffers dried up, they raise funds to pay themselves even telling fibs to get it done. Unfortunately sports people are being punished when caught, management just walked away like nothing happened.
BGS was lucky to be able to acquired a good tenements in lithium. The first thing the management wanted to do was to sell it off so that the geologists can go back to kicking stones again.
BGS has a group of active, well informed shareholders who know they have a good project on hand. The shareholders wanted the best people to take it through. They even successfully took 249ds action to replace directors.
Unfortunately the directors were not up to it. Although aware of their short comings management wanted to hang on so they could suck the company dried. When questioned, they walked away.
Third time lucky , BGS now has the right credential and committed directors who now has skin in the game.
According to Chris Evans the new managing director, BGS is the world fifth largest lithium and has excellent grades with no cut off required. We now have Dr Alistair Cowden as non executive chairman, Brendan Borg as non executive director and Mark Hepburn as the other executive director. Together with another lithium expert they made up the board.
BGS has already signed with MimsMetals a MOU with intentions to jointly finance and proceed with the project including the off takes. Also with General Lithium an MOU a off takes for 55% of its capacity.
It certainly looks like all the ducks are in alignment and shareholders have something to look forward to.
BGS has only about 250million shares on issued and about 15 millions of performance rights options at 40-45c. The market capitalization is $50million.KDR with 50%ownership of its project has a MC of over 1 billion. Likewise GXY not long ago was also over $1billion.BGS certainly looks way undervalued and shareholders have plenty to look forward to in terms of share price appreciation.
I am lucky to have a reasonable size holding in the company and the above is my personal perception of this little company. Interested investors could look into Birimian LTD ( BGS) website.

The project is in Mali, Africa. At the time of writing BGS was planning to submit an exploitation permit application to the ministry.Chris Evans has gone to Mali for 3 months to help with the project. Shareholders had been through a lot and hopefully things may turn out better this time.
