CXO :Core Exploration Limited (CXO) is an Australian copper and uranium explorer focused on copper and mineral deposits exploration in South Australia and Northern Territory. It has found lithium in its tenements in the NT, near infrastructure and near Darwin port. If this company can prove up its volume and quality, then there is something worth talking about. CXO has a recent placement of 9c each for the purchase of tenements Penny Find and now Barrows Creek. CXO has a breakout around 6c and current comes back to support after a high of 15c.Watching closely, maybe worth looking into.

The weekly charts and the daily charts look excellent. CXO is a stage 2 Weinstein's breakout now has returned to retest the breakout support. Both the weekly and daily chart has broken out from a down trend and appeared to be commence a new uptrend. The MACD is positive and the RSI is above neutral 50.

CXO came up on a scan tonight

Weekly chart: Appears to be stair-stepping higher... ATH is ~20 cents, could well get a workout if this pattern plays out IMO

Weekly

Happy trading DYOR

Agree with you, Tryhay. It looks like both in the weekly and daily chart, CXO has returned to test support and now on its way.

CXO has returned to support and appears to breakout from a declining triangle. In the weekly chart, CXO is on the support level. Both RSI and MACD histogram have yet to turn positive. CXO is now drilling Zola, a highly prospective area for lithium. Drilling is about to commence and I expect the SP to reflect this.

CXO is now truly broken out in the daily chart whilst the drills are working out at Zola. From the SP movement and the volume transacted today, we could be in for a surprising result on the positive side. 27 million volume done today with a surge of 8.86%, CXO is looking good. Both MACD histogram and RSI have now turned positive.

The fundamentals of CXO are just becoming good after a period of wishful and hopefulness. Exploration and drilling results were not very encouraging and they found light tonnage at Grants. Management thoughtfulness brought progress, they bought LTR tenements next door through an exchange for shares. Good luck followed and they found more commercial lithium at KP33.MC of CXO is very small and the number of shares on issued is just 500,000. We expect a multi baggers from CXO, DYOR as to the suitability for your own portfolio.

CXO has just broken out from a descending triangle in the weekly chart and also broken out from stage 1 from a one year consolidation. Volume has increased and CXO is now at a recent high. Tryhay has mentioned earlier that this could progress a lot further on. For me, this could be one exciting prospect now after some false alarms.

In the daily chart, BGS has also broken out from Stage 1 of Weinstein's definition. The patterns are in alignment and positive. The down side, CXO, could move back to stage 1 which I see as unlikely, the upside, sky the limit, it could be many times its existing SP giving it a favorable risk reward ration.

The SP has fallen back into Weinstein's stage1. CXO has bought LTR tenements and has found more lithium at BP33 and Grants. It has already received deposit for advance and has YueHwa as investor and signed agreement for its offtake. This is all before a JORC or PFS being prepared. I have seen the SP volatility before they move up, CXO may not be an exception. DYOR.I have also been in KDR, GXY and TAW and currently holding BGS, so this volatility in lithium shares is nothing new to me. Please DYOR for your own situation.

Hi Pierre ...

I'm with you; I also am liking what I see in CXO short-term altho it would be even better if SHE could push back up above ~ 8.5c - 9c range. Weekly A.P. chart below shows both Bull Pitchforks holding their uptrends albeit with a lot of volatility(as our GURU chartpastist, Sparksy has alluded too). In addition, the slow MACD(plus Histogram)are now back on buy/hold signals).

Further support, for long-term momentum, is seen on a Monthly. Note the two Bullish Wedges(breakouts followed by retest), MACD+Histogram(recent +Ve crosses and above 0%) and the two Dominant Candles(the former how it held the initial demand start-up level and the current one that is holding its 50% retrace level). Again, this chart further highlights why I say "it would be better if SHE could push back up above ~ 8.5c - 9c range" as its been abt 5 years since we have seen a Monthly close above there even though we have had numerous attempts over the last year or so to do so.

Cheers
Dolphin

Dolphin spoke of the needs of CXO SP to go back to the .085 to 0.9. CXO has recently been able to get to this area and able to consolidate around this SP area. CXO may now go on to test the 10.5c recent high from this platform in the daily chart. The Bollinger Bands are tightening again and favors a break soon and has a higher probability of breaking out on the upside as the SP is already hugging the top of the Bollinger Bands. MACD histogram is also positive.
